I think the target you went to was if it was in snellville ...I wish I could have meet you I was 5 minutes down the road from there ..and terminus was the name of Atlanta before it was Atlanta I think in the general train museum has maps showing terminus thank you Adam for keep on showing whats around the next bend

The smartest thing to do in a sketchy area is to act nuts so no one will try anything. I've used that tactic many times in Memphis. Works like a charm.

Mama's Primetime was an urban nightclub. Yelp has some rather colorful reviews from when it was still in operation.
My husband worked at a Richway during the Cabbage Patch craze. He came home one night with a busted lip because some women grabbed a box out of his hands and knocked it into his face.

We have those car lanes in Melbourne. Australia. In the morning the peak hour traffic has the middle lane (called a 'Tidal lane') and it reverses after lunch for the traffic to then get out of the city.
had my heart pounding every time a car drove past the flamingo. If this were Castaway the flamingo is Wilson. I would have cried if it was lost.

I think the reason i enjoy your vlogs over some others, is because you don't but the attention on yourself but more of where you are and what's around you. For people like me who are either way to poor for any vacations or just can't find time for it you give us a look at what's really out there. I respect that a lot and if you havent already i know some pretty cool spots in my neck of the woods of massachusits if you ever stop by.

Mama's Prime Time used to be Mama's Country Showcase. Went from country to rap and hip-hop ghetto club. some shootings then out of business.
Georgia decided to build a railroad to the U.S. Midwest and a location was chosen to be the line's terminus. The stake marking the founding of "Terminus" was driven into the ground in 1837 (called the Zero Mile Post). In 1839 homes and a store were built there and the settlement grew.
Cabbagetown was mostly transplanted poor Appalachian residents, largely of Scots-Irish descent, who worked in the nearby Fulton Bag and Cotton Mill (1881) would grow cabbages in the front yards of their houses, so that one could distinctly smell the odor of cooking cabbage coming from the neighborhood. This term was used originally with derision by people outside the neighborhood, but it soon became a label of pride for the people who lived there.
Hotlanta is a common nickname for Atlanta popularized throughout the United States and abroad for over two decades by the marketing efforts of the Atlanta Convention Bureau and various trade and tourist organizations. The "Hot" in "Hotlanta" refers to the many wonderful things to do in Atlanta, especially the sexy nightlife Atlanta is famous for. To a lesser degree, it also refers to the hot summer temperatures common to Atlanta.

The weird chicken bird on the wall was a Cassowary. Its a nightmarish giant bird from Australia. They average 6ft tall, fly into a rage at the mere sight of a human, can crash through a car window with their skull, and have 5 inch dagger like claws. Fun animal!

Wow , I can't believe you walked around down in Cabbage Town and walked in that tunnel . You're braver than I am . I know years ago my mom's boyfriend grandmother lived in Cabbage Town and that was the only time I've ever been there , but that was many years ago . Now that building that burned down , I haven't heard of that before , so that pretty interesting . Thanks for sharing !! Stay safe out there !!

How cool is that! An American Civil War era building that is still around after 152 years.
The definition of Terminus in Britain is as follows: the end of a railroad or other transportation route, or a station at such a point; a terminal... so for it to be at a railroad yard makes total sense.
I think I stumbled upon your ATW vlogs in the fall of 2014......and yours are way better than others .....mainly because of different content. It seems like many copy your style....or at least try to.You have to admit.....the drone is a great addition to show people a view that no one could ever get to see from afar .I also read that the better drones have ruined the helicopter filming industry.
Yesterday, we were driving through a tunnel in Atlanta and we saw a guy waving a pink flamingo in the tunnel. I thought another crazy person escaped from the looney bin, and did not realize it was the Woo Man!

Looks like you are headed back towards Mississippi. You should check out Dunn's Falls near Meridian, MS. Its a historic site with an old mill. You will go through Meridian on I20 headed.

Target closed that store because crime in the area got so bad that they were losing thousands of dollars a week due to shoplifting. My dad lived in ATL in the early 90's when I was in high school and today many of those areas look like war zones.
Those guys you followed into the tunnel were like look at this crazy guy talking to a pink flamingo. Terminus was cool. Did you get any BBQ?
