Here's a challenge, Play a game of turf but you cannot move in ink. You can enter ink to refill your ink tank but you cannot move while submerged, you only can move by running or super jumping or dodge rolling. If you want a specific weapon I would give you either Standard roller or Kensa duelies.

Normal roller. Ninja squid, and far too many swim speed ups. Ambush your prey from all directions and ensure maximum salt.
A straight-up ban is harsh. Maybe simply add them to a "challenge blacklist" where they can no longer make suggestions?
They were just banned for the one stream. And why would people be able to make multiple suggestions in the first place?

It was a rule I added to any challenges like that one which don't really have a fail-condition otherwise!
