The way you curl your hair is great! I’m a hairstylist and I curl my own and clients that way. It distributes the heat evenly on the hair but not holding it on for so long that it causes unnecessary damage. Also it’s perfect for more loose curls or waves depending on the tension when pulling on the ends after curling it.

I love ur speaking speed as a soon-to-be-fluent in English. I pay attention when you' re speaking and it's important to grow the vocabulary and train my listening. When I don't understand the entire thing I rewind the video and watch that part again. And I'm getting used to it and that is a good thing, if I can understand fast speakers and can understand anyone! 🤍

I used to talk very fast also, my friends used to tell me to take a breath 😂 my poor father used to just nod (when he barely understood me) or of course, tell me to slow down. Anyway, I grew out of it in my late twenties.

YES i watch youtube videos at 2x speed too (with subtitles as well just to make up that i catch everything) BUT there are a few people (including you) that i have to watch in 1.75 but it doesn't worry me that i have to 'slow' it down... AND then there are times when i am watching something in 2x speed and i go to show one of my family members something that i just watched and they freak out when it is still on ANY speed but normal... They can notice it instantly.🤷♀😂💖

i also talk fast because i am worried that people will stop listening to me! i thought i was the only one! sometimes i talk faster than my brain can comprehend and i start almost slurring my words cuz my brain is trying to keep up. or my brain is working so fast but my mouth cant keep up so i stumble over my words. idk why i do this either. i have been trying to slow down but its so difficult. it feels like talking through mud.
