आम और आम के छिलके की यह कमाल की आसान रेसिपी देखकर आप हैरान रह जायेंगे /Instant Mango Sharbat Recipe
Ingrediants..
1. Mango - 4 = 1/2kg.
2. Pudina /Mint leaf -1/4cup
3. Ginger -1small pc
4. Sugar -3tb
5. Cold water
6. Salt to taste
7. Black salt -1/4ts
8. Jaljeera -1/2ts
9. Roasted Jeera /Cumin powder -1/4ts
Method...
Take a mango cut into pieces, In a mixer jar add mango, Pudina, Ginger, Sugar and 1cup cold water, grind in fine puree, strain the puree, add Salt, Black salt, Jaljeera, Roasted jeera powder mix it well, add 1 &1/2glass Cold water mix and serve with pudina..you can store in fridge upto 3 to 6 months.
