No problem!! I had to pull it from TikTok because it would not post audio any time I did it!🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Frustrating, but this is important information! Lol!

I don't expect Lynea 👸🏻 herself to answer comments in detail, but perhaps some of you fellow brides and grooms can advise on my *approximate* timeline?
    9:00 breakfast
    9:30 hair and makeup
    11:30 Uber to venue
    --
12:00 arrival at venue, coffee served
    12:30 registrar interviews
    13:00 ceremony
    13:45 confetti shot outside
    14:00 pictures with everyone
    14:45 cocktail hour (couple's portraits)
    16:00 guests go to seats
    --
    16:30 starters served
    17:00 speeches
    18:00 mains served
19:00 room switch (tables to dancefloor)
    --
    19:30 first dance
    19:35 party 🎉💃🍾
    20:30 cake cutting
    21:30 snacks served
    22:45 grand exit
    23:00 THE END
(or after-party for those still standing)
For context, everything is local in London UK, we have around 40 guests and 40 evening guests. Budget is around £6k. 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️💒

Sounds exhausting! Whole day for just one party! I couldn't handle that.. the budget is reasonable.. i have no idea what is registars interview or confetti shot.. or what the cocktail hour has in it, So I have really hard to say anything about the timeline, but between the starters and main there is whole hour to the starters, why the speaches aren't on the same time slot with the starters or the main? And this is truely one long ass wedding, I don't really see many things extra, but I either don't know how long things usually takes. But even as a guest I would be leaving soon after the eating part.. and the part after room change is not already the after party?!? Usually wedding end until Maybe 19.00, maybe hour later or earlier.. so I have really hard time to understand how this wedding takes so so long.. and I would change it little bit so the first dnace and cake cutting would be as early as possible in the "party part" so those who just can't handle 12h party and socializing and being on their feet most of the day can see it and leave earlier.. you have to think, will there be kids, pregnant people or older people and if there will, make sure it's not too much for them. And people will need to travel to home after 23.00 after looooong day. I would not feel good about it, but with some things I 'm ball of anxiety, like my loved ones driving on icy or dark roads, or driving too tired.. but it all depends on your family/People close to you and circumstances.. you know your family best but if I had wedding that lasts nearly 12 hours, most of the guests would have left after the main course or the first dance atleast, because of kids or long travel etc. So I would make the timeline so that after the cake cutting is the party, so people feel free to leave when they feel like it and not feel forced to stay hour later because they would miss the cake cutting, because it's pretty important part of the wedding.. but if you have young guests without kids who don't need to travel hours after the party this might even work.. and there is lot time to some things like seating, does it really take 30minutes to seat 40 people? And what about the room change, is it different room or will someone take the tables away, if the different room is not far, does it take 30 minutes to change room? If the tables are taken away, then the 30minutes makes sense.. and I would really really put the speaches to same time as some food, hour to speeches ONLY is lot and they might not have eaten whole day so getting "real" food at 17 or 18 makes a huge difference to some and does it really take 3,5hours to eat 2course meal? I do not really know, just pointing out things from the perspective of not wedding people who would be horrified to see the timeline.. for the start, I would not have been eaten possibly anything before wedding, because you would think that at the wedding that starts at 12 you would be eating pretty early.. so not eating before Six at night might make me feel pretty weak.. here weddings just doesn't take to so so long at night, after party yes but not the wedding wedding, so I just couldn't handle that, not as a guest or the one whos wedding it is 😀 no offense

@@josspa6558 very interesting! Thank you for your input. I come from a culture where a traditional wedding is 3 days long, so for me 12h is very short. 🥲🤭 So your perspective gives me ideas to communicate to my guests who might be from other cultures that it's a long day, and so they know what to be prepared for, what activities are included, etc. And lastly, it DEFINITELY takes 30min to take 40 people from the outdoor garden to an upstairs dining room, as well as 2.5 hours from serving starters to collecting dishes after mains - ask the original content creator of this video. 😉

@@josspa6558 and I should clarify that speeches are happening simultaneously as people eating, serving, clearing tables, so it's not like 1 hour of just listening to speeches, I'm with you on that point, it's double duty time. 🙂
