  • This is my review of the 2022 Mazda CX-60 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid SUV with 327 hp. I take a look at the exterior and interior of the CX-60 and go for a drive (POV).

    The electric motor as it engages to assists the engine sounds like a HellCat's supercharger. Pretty cool. 😉

    Thanks for the review. Unfortunately this is Mazda’s first ever PHEV. Do you think Mazda will listen to the reviews about the downside of this car and work for improvements next years’ CX-60? Sorry I’m relatively new to cars.

      If there are some well known reviewers that share my opinion, they might focus on that. And in general I’m sure their engineers are already improving the CX-60 behind the scenes.

      @@carstanSome people complained about the suspension being hard yet soft😂. I believe the engineers are working on that.

      @@carstan Thanks for answering. There are some media that have similar opinion as yours. Hopefully their engineer will improve next years’ model CX-60.

    북미나 독일시장이 부럽네요. 한국에서는 마쯔다가 정식도입이 되지 않아서 아쉬울 정도네요.

    I have driven my CX-60 66 km on a normal route on EV mode. If used in hybrid mode the autonomy look more like 58. Can't explain why.

      That's very nice, 66 km is even better than what Mazda promises. I'm afraid that's not gonna happen on a cold winter day though. Anyway, congrats on your new SUV!

      You might be right. The drive was at 16-18degrees C and wet.

    These cars all have a steering rack knocking, I do not know why, apparently this is the zoom zoom
