There are various ways to obtain furniture. Items distributed at past events, items purchased from Tabby or Chubby in the teapot, treasure chests in Teyvat's field, etc. As you said, there are some things that require teapot rank. The furniture used in this video is mainly purchased from Fontaine, Sumeru's treasure chest, and Tabby.

Do you mean a snowman? This is a chain of "Platform" and "Paving" on which the snowman is riding. Since the furniture is on "Paving", it looks like it is moving together. 😉
