In my experience is the dog owner is unaware what the unleashed dog is doing as the so called walker is standing reading on the mobile phone or walking looking at the mobile phone , i think dogs have no place in the countryside
@@Mackle-b3o I'm inclined to agree, I'd probably feel differently if the owners actually acted responsibly. But unfortunately a large proportion of people seem to be completely self entitled. As a cyclist I struggle with dogs running around on designated cycle paths completely unsupervised and then getting accused of being the cause of the problem by the oblivious owner when their dog runs Infront of my moving bike and nearly gets injured. //Rant mode off.
