Iam 64 , just bought my first tig welder ,its a learning curve for sure , but i agree with you , never stop learning , i tell the young kids of to day the same thing , learn all youn can , get as many tickets as you can , like truck crane diggers ect , never be afraid to try things
I'm a nuclear tig welder and those red CK torch leads are the dreamiest, I use a ck90 with a swivel or flex head and love it, but I cut down the plastic handle so its shorter and can get into tighter spots. No fancy gas cup here though just a ceramic 7 , keep up the good work dude
Hi I’m new to TIG I was wondering what are the differences between using ceramic,glass/Pyrex cups are and why you would need the different cup materials?
Great job my man! Went out and bought that dremmel flex arm again! So glad I did :) So comfortable to hold compared to the entire tool itself. I think I might have to invest in a air cooled number 9 though for art simply so I don't have to listen to the water cooler when I'm running 75 to 90 amps.
How do you get on with a WP9 torch and O-ring type cups when you are welding on AC at high amperages for any amount of time? What you have looks a good set up for low amp DC, but I found out those o-rings dont tend to live very long at higher amps on AC and not sure if a WP9 will live for that long at 200 amps on AC?
Does your buddy with the 255EXT ever complain about the noise levels from his water cooler? My everlast has a slightly bigger cooler than the EXT and the fan on my cooler makes a racket

By the way when you give the peace sign the way you do (back of the hand showing) it means the complete opposite of what you want (like giving the middle finger). I found that out from people in England (I'm not trying to be negative, just informative).
Hey Andy! Interesting point. Although I grew up in the culture of that being a very positive thing. It seems it’s tough to do things that work for everyone who watches!😂 I appreciate the info tho! I learn a lot doing this channel for sure🤙
