What is WRONG with Ugandans carrying letter from minister doesn’t give you entrance to the construction site. The constructors should be informed and Healthy and safety regulation should be followed. How can police officers confirm that the letter your presenting is from where you claim it is from?

I may not be a well learned person but according to my understanding,the minister herself already knew what was going to happen after LOP and his team reach to the venue. If it wasn't the case, why is that the all ministry which has assistants all over the country fail at least to provide one of it's staff members to guide Lop and his members for the inspection of the so called hospital

It is your responsibility to follow up and monitor such projects yes, but any knowledgeable person would know that the security persons are simply following orders. They have reporting lines but were not notified of your coming. Therefore, whether you are Members of Parliament or not, you have to ensure that you follow procedures as explained... Do it bwebadamu obagoba then your arguments will be valid. Or better still go back and organize to come back with the minister herself next time around.

Wow why politicians do respect civil servants? It’s a shame that the leader of opposition is behaving and treating a police officer like this? Why is this poor guy being questioned on the matter he doesn’t know about? The officer have referred them to his boss at Kajjansi and none of them want to listen to him? I have seen Senyonyi asking people if doing/ making a decision was in their capacity and not why they didn’t get clearance first before making that decision from their boss? And sometimes putting suggestions like because his/ her tribesmen. Please let us respect one other.
