WoW very inspiring!!!! New subscriber! I am also on a journey of transitioning from the Diaspora back to Africa to a country next to yours! I have found your content very helpful! Thank you so much for sharing your journey of relocating back home to Zambia!
@ Aah we are one people! Makadii mukoma? Will be following your journey with great interest! Love the fish project! Would love information about the people who built your fish ponds!!!
This an excellent strategic experience from a right Honourable Gentleman. Thank you Sir, you have done very well. I am watching you from Nigeria. God Almighty bless you, Sir.
You are right sir, got the land immediately l got here (UK) and l have been developing it over the years. Finally finished my project and renting out 6 flats. No regrets at all.
Nice words of wisdom. Don't throw the dirt from the well away. You can use rammed earth technique to create all kind of structures with that dirt, even rammed earth bricks with just a little bit of cement.
This is really good I'm inspired my good sir. I'm watching from within here in zambia, Lusaka. I'll be turning 25 this Month and i hope i could also buy land someday and build something. Its really been hard for me struggling with health issues and not being able to work because of that and money going towards hospital bills and buying medicine but I'm going to get better. Thank you for sharing
Oh thank you my friend. My blessings to your for healing and recovery. I pray that all spirit of infirmity be gone away from you. Let there be totally healing in your body in JESUS Name.
Thanks for all the encouragement. I have the same piece of land in East Chisamba and I can do the same. I'm in diaspora too and I'm transition to return home. Thanks once again papa.
In Zambia, property buyers experience long waits for paperwork (Title deeds), but foreigners receive VIP treatment. Thank you for sharing this, sir. I will remain hopeful.
That's really wonderful and nice. It's a reasonable budget investment you spent very well out there, especially when you using well trusted construction team and legal ,you definitely lucky that you didn't maybe encounter many cowboys, otherwise one needs a good BOQ for everything otherwise with others it might have surpassed that, you are a very good person my bro,God bless you 🙏🙌👏👏
Thank you for the beautiful content-very inspiring! Just a quick piece of advice: when filming, be mindful of capturing sensitive information like your license plate. Cheers!
We are blessed as individuals but not as a nation. Probably 9/10 of Zambians could never afford this. For those in the disspora earning in dollars, pounds etc. you can "live like a king" in almost any low or middle income country around the world
Hello, thats great its step by step as u informed us. Im in diaspora i like the place.ls it outskirts of kapiri as u said? How much land per1 hacter, sir. I enjoy trees too, God's nature. Watching from Botswana I did construction im hands on buildg& civils. Im a missionary here too. I follow u Mr Johnson. Selling well Zambia ku chalo. Higher Grace2u, sir.To meet soon.Shalom
Any particular reason for spending loads of money for Wall fencing? For instance security or privacy reason? It is also very high as well. With that money, you could of build two three more houses?
thats awesome bro! do u get panga gangs coming to such houses? I can see the doors and windows have security bars. When I lived in Zambia during the 60's and 70's there were "bush" fences separating properties, we rarely locked our doors and windows were left open, when I visit in 2018 on a road trip all across Zambia, what I saw were tall brick fences separating properties. Not a good sign. I passed Kapiri Imposhi in 2018 on my way to Mombasa. Stopped at Kapisha Hot springs for the night. Zambia was wonderful but corruption on the roads is terrible, police always have their hands in our pockets, this is the big challenge for Africa.
Mr Johnson ,you doing a wonderful project.what are measurements of your 10acres i.e width and length. Can you also provide the measurements of your fish ponds,I like the way you have constructed them
I paid K20,000 for the 10 acres in 2013. The prices in kapiri vary.. you can get K1000 per acre or even more depending if its traditional land or land on title. Land on title is much more expensive
Can Zimbabweans from the Diaspora also come there we are one people guys my great great grandfather was born in Zambia then took 2 steps and married a Zimbabwean woman but I love Zambia can I come

That’s ridiculously cheap compared to prices in Nigeria
Oh wow
You’re right. Especially now.
Depending on the part of the country.
i have 10 acre but i dont have source of fund to develop it, maybe you can advise in terms of funding my land.
Whatsapp me
Where do you get water from? Couldn't you drill a water borehole? Looks like there's underground water on your land . Well-done ❤ from Zim in UK.
I have 3 hand dug wells and one new bore which was drilled in sept 2024...its 100 meters deep.
Wooow 30 000 pounds for all that😮
In Zim thats for foundation only believe me
Wow come and build in Zambia
just curious, did you used to feature on the now defunct tv bAKWETU?
🤣🤣 no
Brilliant. The only thing is that fish farming is unhealthy as such fish tend to get ill with infections.
Thats right if they are not cared for accordingly
Great content sir.
How much roughly does it cost to convert traditional land into state land?
I paid K8000 at kapiri mposhi council and paid K40,000 for lawyers K10,000 for government surveyours
@percysjohnsonmwapemukubwe.3705 thank you so much for this important information...is the lawyer's fee mandatory ?
I need help with the solicitor contacts please..I bought land on mother title so needs to separate it..
Are in Zambia..lets connect on my whatsapp 00447918666969
I am asking because I'm unsure. Do you need a Zambian to own property as a foreigner in Zambia?
You are welcome to ask...chinese have lots property in Zambia and so theres a way for foreigners go own property in Zambia.
you could have built a whole house with the materials used for the wall, wow, you must have money to burn.
I know thanks...wall fence is important.. the house can come later.
All that wall, why not use those blocks to construct a 9 bedroom mansion?
Are you not big on big houses?
1❤🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
The wall is stop trespassers
Hello!! may I ask you the cost of your land and what is the cost of an acre of land.
I paid K20,000 for the 10 acres in 2013. The prices in kapiri vary.. you can get K1000 per acre or even more depending if its traditional land or land on title. Land on title is much more expensive
@@percysjohnsonmwapemukubwe.3705 thank you for your reply.
You got the house, land, and wall for 30,000 pounds 😮 Are you from the UK? Isn't it hard to adjust to farm life?
Yes I did.. I work and live in England. Originally from Zambia. Farmlife for is normal because I grew up on a farm.
Does that include the land price?
No the land price was K20,000
How much did the land cost?
K20,000
@percysjohnsonmwapemukubwe.3705 can you help me buy some land over there I'm from the UK?
Looks more like a prison than a home.
I agree with you , its well intended you can only undeestand why if you live here.
Can Zimbabweans from the Diaspora also come there we are one people guys my great great grandfather was born in Zambia then took 2 steps and married a Zimbabwean woman but I love Zambia can I come
