35 YEARS Worth of DIRT (85 4Runner CAB CLEAN UP) 1st Generation 4Runner

- Cleaning out 15+ years worth of dirt, leaves, and old bud lite cans out of my 1985 Toyota 4Runner. The truck sat for 15 years before I came to save her and in that time some pretty nasty stuff was built up in there. Trying to restore this beauty to its original condition is proving to be harder than originally anticipated but hey thats the fun of working on old cars and trucks. I am excited to see that as well, I've been keeping a close watch on the bills and the labor portion of things so I can have a good idea at the end. Im more worried about money rather than my time since working on these old trucks is so much fun. Thank you for the encouragement and I really appreciate you watching all my videos!

Its on the way! We ended up doing a frame off restoration on it and it took so much longer than I expected. Should be in the next 2-3 months!

What region are you in? That's some nasty rust, but still nicer than anything from Ohio.
South East, North Carolina to be exact. I was surprised how much rust it has whenever I got into it... I guess thats how it goes though

I honestly have no idea, I was wondering the same thing when cleaning it out. I noticed a lot of empty beer cans stashed and crumpled in random places along with about 30 parking tickets.. I think the owner of this truck was having some real issues before he parked this thing.

Yeah man I've still got it. Its going through a frame off resto. Im almost done with the engine. Just gotta fix some rust in the cab and im gonna paint it.

Gonna wait about 2 weeks and then we will finish the rebuild on the motor and see what other surprises lie in store for us. Thanks for watching!
