Spiders, Skateboarding, and Shopping - Oh my!

- This week we met up with our friends Liz & Dave from Albion Fit, got horrified finding a huntsman spider in our HOUSE (!!!), did some shopping at Australian K-mart, found creatures at the beach and went skateboarding! Let us know what your favorite part was!? We hope you all have the best week!

Your whole family is experiencing something that less than 0.4% of people on earth get to experience; forget the haters and never give them the power to make you feel bad. Just enjoy these moments - your girls cannot get a better education than they are having right now. I have lived all over the world with my two boys and they are richer for it (can't wait to come back home to Australia though - best place on earth but I'm biased :-D)

They are jelly fish. It’s even fine to hold them. They don’t have tentacles yet. I play with much larger baby jellyfish down on the South coast of NSW.

So sorry you received negative comments. Please ignore them, just jealous. Love that you are loving Australia. I live on the Gold Coast in Tallai near Tallebudgera. Did you know over 80% of Australians live within 50 kilometers of the beach. We love our beachy and carefree lifestyle. I have kangaroos living on my property and would never ever dream of eating one. Don’t think many people do. Just for the tourists I think. Enjoy the rest of your stay and thank you for sharing your amazing life with us. 🤗

Irukandji jellyfish is deadly smaller than a 1$ coin..found up north and the great barrier reef Queensland...never touch jellyfish...you can be badly stung or death...

Hopefully they just left it alone. These are called Huntsmen spiders. They are very common and harmless to people. Found in almost every house in Oz. You get used to them being around. They eat the other creepy crawlies like cockroaches, silverfish etc. so they are good to have around.
I cooked and gave my misses a kangaroo burger but l didn't tell her what it was ..l asked her how was your burger 🍔 she said "really good"... she thought it was beef ..another time we had crocodile sasages they were good to ..both from coles supermarket 🛒
