Benny seems to be playing the mighty Yamaha GX-1 on this beautiful piece. Very few of them were ever made and even fewer survive. Benny's is arguably the best example still in operation. I think it was also used on the 'Voyage' album too.
You should check out her live performance of En Leiden Dag. Her high notes are outstanding. She had it all… range, power, versatility, pitch, warmth, clarity… and looks.

Frida sings a Geman Christmas carrol from 1818, and its been translated to all major languages and became a popular sing-a -long christmas carrol since the 1920´s in all the western world . Look for " silent night, holy night" There is virtually no one in the christian western countrys that dont know the lyrics. Its a must "know how to sing" cultural education

It's Frida. She and Benny did a Christmas special for Swedish radio in the late 70s (I think it was 1979). She had a wide range and could sing high if she wanted to, but ut was rarely used by Abba on lead vocals. But you can hear a bit on The Day Before you Came, when she sings the "operatic" backing vocals between the verses

No. Lena sings every tone with a very recognizable vibrato. Frida has the qualities of a classical mezzo soprano.
