These Ironworker Connectors are carrying about 20-25 pounds of tools & bolts on them, & will have to climb columns to erect steel structures. At lunch & the end of the day it is so relieving to shed that weight! But it is also very gratifying to get paid to "work out" for 8 hours and to never need a gym membership...
