With the tank tread you need to use a different function, because 0 is hard to get all the time especially when you're operating/using with the radio. You need to use the ( lal > x ) function with a value around 5. That will give you some dead band, so you're not accidentally triggering it all the time.
Thanks for the comment, this setup is actually working perfectly for the person who asked the question. Why not make some videos yourself and share some of your expertise? I'd love to see more people making these types of videos, every time I watch someone else I learn something new. Happy driving!
Your video really helped me to get an understanding of the principle, the smoke generator works great. Its had some updates since but the principal setting were really useful. so thanks again👍
Interesting. I have sometimes managed to trigger smoke from my trucks unintentionally but have not, so far, found the need for a smoke generator (or a sound card) Useful to know where to find the information should I feel that need later though.
I think we have all had at least one time where the magic smoke escaped. I think this thing that he's using is designed to make smoke on purpose though ;)
Hi, i have a question about setting transmitter. How Can I mix channels fo mini servos car. When i'll push the throttle stick up i want to spin all wheels in one direction and when i'll push throttle down i want to spin wheels in oposite direction. The same situation for right stick when i'll push the right stick to the left or to the right i want to spin the servos in oposite directions to turn the car left or right. It is possible?
@@Painless360 I've already figured it out, but I want to see your solution. I think the video would be helpful for some people. Thank's for respond ;)
@@Painless360 I have installed it on my Taranis and i was curious about the possibility to manage it inside the Companion because i can see only S1 and S2 !!!
Thanks again for solving the problem with the smoke generator and providing such a valuable resource
Fantastic work, Lee! Open TX is really amazing! 😃
Thanks for the diversion. I'd like to see you to more with cars/trucks/4wd/etc. stuff, including APM Rover.

Is it possible to use the sliders of a X Lite as a switch? I actually want to use it as a timer reset switch. TIA
Yep, look at the videos on logical switches. Same method as in this video..
Couldn’t figure it out:( will appreciate if you could make a video on it. TIA
