The reason why she's underrated in the music industry is due to the fact that she wasn't consistent with her releasing music. An artist needs to understand that when they start getting popular you need to immediately release albums. With Hailee, she prefers taking her time which is great and that's why her music is amazing. But during that time, she was only on featured songs and new artists came along who became popular and took her place. The music industry waits for no one. You can only gain popularity when you are consistent with your releases beyond singles. Once you've reached a place with stable fandom, then you can release albums whenever you want. In this video, I find so much meaning. 1. The white walls I believe to represent Hailee being lost and confused. If this is a breakup song, she would want to start over but wouldn't know how to paint the canvas (idk what I'm writing here, okay Bob Ross 😂😂😂) 2. The black she was wearing could represent all of the things that person said. She doesn't see "I love you" as meaningful to her in this situation. Especially with the veil covering her and following her in the white room. 3. Her cheetah outfit shows how fierce she can be. Along with the outfit of her wearing a hat. Buying herself flowers and threatening to punch the camera (or rather the person). Hailee is not someone you wanna mess with. 4. At the end, when the three white walls fell down, I saw that as her breaking her walls. And realizing that this person is not someone she wants to move on with. Actually throughout this video, we see the progression of her in the relationship. Her going through the grief (black clothing), realizing the situation (cheetah prints and buying flowers and flashing diamonds on her hands), leaving the situation (breaking her walls with the three walls coming down) Sorry this was long but I found this video so fascinating. She isn’t like other singers in that she depends solely on singing as her only talent. Sis is an amazing actress and she switches between the two. You have to appreciate that although she isn’t consistent with her song releases, you can always feel that she’s sincere and doesn’t jump to spin America’s crazy wheel of random music trends. 1. The white walls I believe to represent Hailee being lost and confused. If this is a breakup song, she would want to start over but wouldn't know how to paint the canvas (idk what I'm writing here, okay Bob Ross 😂😂😂)
2. The black she was wearing could represent all of the things that person said. She doesn't see "I love you" as meaningful to her in this situation. Especially with the veil covering her and following her in the white room.
3. Her cheetah outfit shows how fierce she can be. Along with the outfit of her wearing a hat. Buying herself flowers and threatening to punch the camera (or rather the person). Hailee is not someone you wanna mess with.
4. At the end, when the three white walls fell down, I saw that as her breaking her walls. And realizing that this person is not someone she wants to move on with. Actually throughout this video, we see the progression of her in the relationship. Her going through the grief (black clothing), realizing the situation (cheetah prints and buying flowers and flashing diamonds on her hands), leaving the situation (breaking her walls with the three walls coming down)

She isn’t like other singers in that she depends solely on singing as her only talent. Sis is an amazing actress and she switches between the two.
