When I talked about Bridge marriage as boring months ago, I was referring not only to my personal dislike of Bridge. She craved for Stephanie's approval because she thought that it was the "conditio sine qua non" to have Ridge's attention ( she was wrong as we saw throughout these BB seven years...). Now she has Ridge, she doesn't give a damn about Stephanie anymore, and she will loose her character's peculiarities. As @NewYorkNick always said, she is an active character and she will loose that peculiarity too. Taylor is better as Ridge's wife, always unnecessary insecure and always rationalizing everything, that make her more human and vulnerable, and Tridge dynamics as couple suits perfectly the married couple archetype: a grown sensual relationship, funny domestic scenes, homely but, above any other couple, extremely elegant and charming.

When I talked about Bridge marriage as boring months ago, I was referring not only to my personal dislike of Bridge. The good girl position as @Trinit pointed out in her posts, will make her character boring or at least less entertaining. She has been usually driven by her craving for Ridge. She craved for Stephanie's approval because she thought that it was the "conditio sine qua non" to have Ridge's attention ( she was wrong as we saw throughout these BB seven years...). Now she has Ridge, she doesn't give a damn about Stephanie anymore, and she will loose her character's peculiarities. As @NewYorkNick always said, she is an active character and she will loose that peculiarity too. Taylor is better as Ridge's wife, always unnecessary insecure and always rationalizing everything, that make her more human and vulnerable, and Tridge dynamics as couple suits perfectly the married couple archetype: a grown sensual relationship, funny domestic scenes, homely but, above any other couple, extremely elegant and charming.
