there's a problem of bypassing the trainers evaluation first before becoming a trainee , the monthly evaluations , ( plus how to be an upstanding idol JYP request this ) tho you don't have to pay the trainees fees even if you don't debuts .... those starting points are hard enough it's not easy debuting from the big 3 ( big 4 if you consider Big Hit ) with newer younger more beautiful more talented girls going in each year 😨😨😨

I love it, I feel like idols being friends with each other isn’t as noticed cause all the fans compete with each other. People forget that they all are friends especially if they are the same age or connected during programs. I’m always happy when idols become friends cause they must be so happy to find people that can relate outside of their members. Let’s be honest here, even the closest members can sometimes drive each other crazy living and working together is a lot of time together haha

The food is free for all JYPe employees, they need not flash themselves eating there because they do that everyday anyway. But SKz and Day6 did with some appearances, like with some Dingo episodes. It's like you dont brag to your friends, 'Dude, I ate in our kitchen!' lol

It's not a question of price, it's just fascinating to see so many contents of other people promoting their cafeteria whilst it's rare to see JYP artists themselves in it, sure they eat everyday there but still it's relatively new so logically you would expect to see more vids with their artists in it as, I don't know if I even explained my point well 🤣
Got7 said the food aren't that nice. For real, why waste money on organic food when his artist like days6 , got7 and twice have mental health problems? Invest on ur artist not in food. They got better food from their family and thats theor problem to eat what they want!

Heechul is always welcome at JYP. He has dined with JYP himself so often over the past years. JYP treats him as a little brother. Never letting him pay and stuff. Heechul has mad respect for him so he tries to help out where he can. In 2011 JYP even threw Heechul a surprise birthday party. Although now he has more reasons to visit. I'm actually kinda happy about him taking his relationship very seriously. For a man whose relationships used to end so quick that he thought 3 months was a long time, he's been doing pretty well.

JYP has said that he spends so much for food (about 2 million dollars each year) is because he has this responsibility he puts on him self to make sure all his employees, trainees and artists eat well. Parents entrust their children to JYP and JYP wants to take care of them as much as he can when they are there. He said when they eat well, they're healthier and would do better.
