Sukuna was holding back in the sense there was no point to using the full range of his abilities because of infinity. He was just focused on analyzing gojos cursed technique the entire fight and surviving until he had a way to deal with it. Again this is in character for sukuna as every fight we've seen with him he's been analytical and done the bare minimum required to kill his opponent. Shout out to the dead homie, and who knows, maybe he will make a comeback. Im sure sukuna would enjoy a round 2.
how would someone not use 100% and be nervous in a fight? it literally makes no sense. Sukuna was close to death more times than Gojo but all of sudden Gege is gonna make it look like this fight was an easy win for sukuna. I have nvr seen a mangaka choke this hard in a span of 2 chapters
@samwilson4597 because using 100% is pointless if u know it has 0 effect anyway. Refer to the analogy i posted literally right above you. Sukuna was focused on defense, analysis, and survival
If Gojo is actually gone for good I’d be surprised. Wouldn’t be surprised if he pulls some Izanagi type ability and sacrifices an eye or something. After all, Sukuna didn’t “aim for the head”
Head dose not matter.. Curse energy is just like chakra it's stores on somewere in ur stomach.. So i think that he can't regenerat.. And also there is a possibility that they turn gojo into a curse object and feed it to itadori...
@@yaboisoe178Not really Kashimo would still lose , But Mark my words Kashimo's cursed technique reveal will be op as fck, Kashimo will give Sukuna a harder fight than Gojo 101% sure. Why would Kashimo rush to Sukuna looking so excited if he doesn't think he can beat Sukuna?
I get that they want Gojo gone and him being to powerful is breaking the story. But wouldn’t that just be the same for Sakuna? He just replaces a massively powerful being with another?
I mean, he is very weakened right now, Kashimo can potentially kill him now. Not to mention, there is still Kenny lurking somewhere doing weird stuff, so it prob won’t be such a problem (unless Gege decides to write himself in a corner again somehow)

Im coping hard, but I really think him bidding farewell to geto, nanami etc. is a hint that he ll somehow survive. Even without his 6 eyes or sth, i just want the dude to be alive, even if not as the strongest, I just liked his character. Same for Sukuna TBH.
If I'm honest I'm just mad at gege Even tho sukuna had fo win which we all knew yet offscreening him cheap we should have seen how sukuna made a comeback
@@kiratwo4u true but where does the story go from here? is it something like " since no-one could come close to competing with Sukuna he killed everyone, The End"
In one chapter, Gojo wonders why he doesn't fight with his domain from the inside since the inner barrier was weak, but he still always took the risk to attack from the outside. If he had fought from the inside, the fight would have taken another path, but he took the risk just to let Mahoraga adapt
@@DustynBeutler Lol nope they said that it wasn´t important, beacuase is just a mirror image Sukuna´s domain was destroyed because Gojo dealed enogh damage to Sukuna
Man this was a heartbreaking chapter for me as a Gojo fan I got to commend Sukuna for the masterful and genius use of jujutsu and experience But I would say that Gojo has reduced Sukuna to 50% or less of his power which means that Kashimo and the students will definitely have a chance of beating him I am waiting to see how it plays out and what Gege has in store for us
Respect to you for being mellow about this. Meanwhile most of the Gojo fans are overdosing on copium and they’ve gotten so high that they are issuing death threats to an innocent author
oh man, it was a tough chapter for us Gojo fans. Sukuna's jujutsu skills were on point, but Gojo managed to bring him down to 50% power or less. Let's see how it all unfolds and what Gege has in store for us.
I don’t think it’s that Sukuna was holding back, but instead they’re referring to the fact that Sukuna wasn’t allowed to use everything he had. Sukuna was using his full power in the sense that he wanted to kill Gojo, but he wasn’t going all out in the sense that he couldn’t use all his abilities
Bro that's makes no sense dude had a whole ass finger missing, meaning what I've bee. Saying for all this time a part of his soul is missing, remember a part of his soul is in the finger and each succeeding finger by far transcends the exponent of the preceding number, tail beast vibes anybody? Makes me wonder if gojo hid it because he was afraid it wouldn't give him a chance.
Kepp coping you guys just try to create happiness out of imagination bro satoru gojo has 6 eyes something that can see through every cursed technique and curses energy so the fact that satoru told that sukuna was holding back was purely that sukuna was good with just cleave and dismantle to kill gojo he just did not not need to use his full power bcz ofc SUKUNA IS THE STRONGEST
@@ellisgill1337 yes sukuna just need to understand how to destroy infinity which mahoraga did . But in ep 2 when sukuna don't know about mahoraga he still says he will kill gojo means he got many plans but he chooses mahoraga. Gojo also said would lost even if sukuna didn't use mahoraga. So at the end gojo got never change to win against sukuna.
This is too much trauma for Yuji. Nanami dead, Gojo dead, Nobara unknown death status , Todo cut hand, Inumaki cut hand, Megumi possessed by the menace himself Sukuna. How would he even recover from all that as a brawler fighter without a technique to directly compete with Sukuna with his reality slash attack. JJK is just becoming Trauma
Everyone seems to be over thinking about sukuna not going all out, cause I think most of the things he will throw at gojo, like his nuke arrow, his actual technique to whatever technique he has in store other than dismantle and cleave, will be stopped by infinity, breaking through or what just happened, cutting through it was the only way to really do anything against him
In my opinion, gege violated the most important part of storytelling: show don't tell. Seeing Sakuna fight with everything he has to bypass infinity and defeat Gojo, then suddenly being told he didn't even try. This is worse than Gojo getting off-screened, making the fight almost meaningless when the feats displayed by Gojo contradict what he is saying
He literally didn't though and we already knew that. He has at _least_ Yarozu's gift and whatever the black box open technique was, assuming that him using a fire arrow agaisnt Jogo was just showcasing his ability to mimic techniques and not something entirely different.
@@Satsaru Well you must take into account how effective a technique can be against infinity. Not using techniques that don't pass infinity ≠ not giving everything he has. He almost died 3 times, him not trying his best is ridiculous at this point .
@@xristoskeskilidis6662 And that is your assumption based on literally nothing that his other techniques would not have had a way around infinity. We literally know nothing about them. Considering the fact that he knows he has to face more people after this, it makes sense he would want to limit the amount of cards in his hand that he shows off. Also, the moment he decided to summon Mahoraga, it isn't as if he could have used his other techniques, you can only use one innate cursed technique at a time.. What we _can_ reasonably conclude is that Sukuna figured his other techniques would have taken longer to get through infinity, would have exposed more about him than he would like, or yes even that they simply did not have a way through infinity. But the thing is we can't know which one of those three it is until he actually _uses_ them.
@@Satsaru Yeah that is also apart of the Show Don't Tell, where he uses the gift and or black box, and that can help him beat Gojo. It's better to show what he could have done to actually beat Gojo instead of Gojo just saying "OH HE WOULD'VE WON ANYWAY!" like what?? Sure, they can show it later.... yeah and why was only Cleave useful on Gojo again?? Out of all the abilities he used... CLEAVE was the only one, why? Oh yeah because Infinity negates everything else that doesn't have to do with Sukuna's Domain Expansion. Thats why the Black Box doesn't matter.
@@Satsaru let them be man, its only been a day the stans need to take awhile to process this! Some of them are actually sending death threats to Geje apparently!
Sukuna basically utilized Mahoraga as a pseudo Six Eyes to understand what he needed for his own technique to hit Gojo through his Infinity, coming up with a slash/cleave attack that cuts through space itself is genius, it’s Jujutsu.
On the latest manga, we see Gojo, Geto , Haibara , Nanami , Riko amanai , Yuira , principal and if u see carefully on the behind riko [far away] there's Toji
@@jordanpolo5392right? Like Gege hated Gojo due in large part to how do you make a character that can reasonably beat him. Well he did but in turn I think he realistically made it worse. He should’ve let them go all out on each other, have it be evenly matched start to finish then have either one of them or both of them die to Kenjaku in the end. No more ridiculously broken powers, solidifies Kenjaku as the primary antagonist mastermind, and now the other sorcerers actually have a fighting chance. My opinion yes but rn with how they handled the death of one of the big powerhouses. Kinda losing interest… but I hope it bounces back. Especially because currently there isn’t a soul that can touch Sukuna with this power up. Even more so because they had Gojo out here saying he wasn’t going all out the entire time then kill him in an instant.
After watching this video im wondering if gojo isnt necessarily saying that sukuna was holding back, but rather that Sukuna wasnt at his full potential. He's not hating on himself, just accepting that HE lost. I think we get more info next chapter
@@chriscruz9170 the Problem with that is, that all the others are just to weak to fight sukuna. Fr if sukuna lost to a frad Like yuta the Manga is Just Bad.
It's crazy how all of Yuji's friends and family are dying one by one. This guy takes the most L's. I'm curious what his fate will be. I'm not even worried if he'll be the strongest or not like other Manga. Yuji has been on an emotional roller coaster since chapter 1. Will he die like he was foreshadowed like at the beginning or will finally cleanse the world of Curses make it a better place?
I’m sad that Gojo’s dead, but I can understand why it happened. However, HOW it happened is the issue. And Sukuna did not need that buff. Nobody can beat him now
my problem with this chapter is exactly what Gojo said at the end. His character development feels nullified. Gojo's death is honestly as you said very predictable but it should have been best vs best with one little thing going either one's way, and not sukuna outright holding back. If that was the case the branding of the fight should've been different and i would've still been fine that gojo is a little weaker so he uses little bit of help here and there from say kashimo or yuta
Gojo did leave a big impression on Sukuna, in chapter 235 the narrator said "for the first time... the King of curses felt fear" that has likely never happened before, so when Sukuna says he'll never forget Gojo... that's because he was definitely pushed near the limit, but that doesn't mean he showed Gojo or us everything he has. Sukuna definitely would've actually gone all out if he never found a way for himself to personally cut through Infinity. That's why it's a "near impossible" technique to achieve and he had to use the shortcut of Mahoraga, it's much faster than how he would've been if he gradually experimented in the fight, in order to figure out how to cut everything.
Yeah I think people dont understand that he was not all out because he had a way... technically his only objective was to keep Mahoraga alive long enough not actually kill Gojo...
It didn't say it felt fear for the first time ever, but " nervous after a thousand years ". Whoever sealed him a thousand years ago was as strong or stronger than Gojo ( they were multiple people ).
I’ve never cried because of a manga but damnnnnnn. This chapter had me spilling tears. There was something about Gojo that connected him with viewers and readers.
Agreed I don’t respect writers who hold a grudge over their own characters. And then blame the story having to progress, on why they get rid of him. Lazy writing in my opinion.
@@bs4v4ge50bro are yall children? Enjoy the fucking manga if gojo won the series would’ve ended in an anticlimactic way where the side character steals the main character’s show. YUUJI IS THERE FOR A REASON. This is not gojo’s manga.
So technically, what Mahoraga did is teach Sukuna how to bypass Infinity. Mahoraga adapts and Sukuna learns from it. It was known from the very beginning that Mahoraga wasnt enough for Gojo. So Mahoraga taught Sukuna the way while Sukuna adapted his technique to that to the likes of Mahoraga. Mahoraga was basically the guide or hint towards finding a way to bypass Gojo's infinity.
@@savlosavage In case you haven’t noticed , Sukuna is known to be able to figure out any ability someone uses and sometimes even use the same ability. He is like Mahoraga in a way himself.
@football360_slik ok but for the Lore to explicitly state he can't do reverse curse techniques ... only for him to be KOd before Maharaga finished adapting ... to wake up and learn the RCT through the adaptation is ... nasty work ... No disrespect to Sukunas brain ... but it was also stated he had brain damage as well ... Gojo was more powered up as well ... the only way this offscreen works is with a proper explanation that never happened
This moment for Gojo simbolices his ego-death, as his first time fighting someone on equal footing he ultimately lost, now that he isn't on the question for the strongest, he no longer needs to bear that burden and can now rely more on those who he wants to protect and stop being that unbeatable god everyone thinks he is.
It's actually so much more than that think about it Gojo was always the strongest with the power to do anything he wanted and yet he always failed. He failed to save his cousin, he failed to save geto from himself, he failed in his fight with disaster curses and got sealed away getting a lot of his friends and students killed and even his almost Son Megumi taken over by Sukuna and now he once again fails at doing the only thing he was good at, beating an enemy. His life is just a miserable failure one after another despite his godlike powers, like people don't get how well written his character is. My guess is his only success will be his student bringing some order and peace into JJK world... well ethier that or they all die cause gege hates happiness lmao
I think I have got the whole theory. When gojo died by the hands of Toji he went to the afterlife all alone because at that time no one his friend have died that's why he told to Megumi that "When you die you are alone" and after his second death he got to meet all his friends who have died
As Gege planned Gojo's death on the day he was sealed in the anime, I believe he will come back to life in manga when he will be unsealed in the anime 😊
Gojo doesn't get unsealed until around the end of culling games. So nah, by the time a season 3 is out, it prolly won't be enough to reach where gojo got unsealed in the culling games. That'll be a year or two from now.
Unless Gege takes a massive break which I mean he could I wouldn’t blame him especially after all the crazy shit that just happened with people being psychos, I don’t see it lasting that long. It could be dope if done right because this just isn’t that great of a way to end the fight. At the end of the day idek how they could continue with Gojo without it feeling like a worthless death. Either he’s dead right now the way it happened, all the bs and the odd way he just sucks up to sukuna, or he comes back later, invalidates this whole scene, and what? I don’t get it to be honest.
I think Gojo is saying Sakuna wasn’t going all out because he didn’t use all of his available techniques like switching from his domain expansion to Megumi’s or his poison techniques
The difference between sukuna and gojo is insane. Gojo being born into it means he probably was never pushed to his limits. Sukuna seeking it means there was probably a time when he was not that strong
Just fckin move on. Sukuna has always been much stronger than Gojo, only obssessed Gojo fans don't see that. Gojo really got defeated without Sukuna's cursed technique reveal 😂😂😂😂
You made some very good points about how odd it was for Gojo to say Sukuna hadn't been able to use everything he had, which while I can understand, as he did indeed mostly rely on 10S and Mahoraga especially, rather than his original techniques. But it really WAS weird not only because Sukuna certainly had opportunity and time, -which had me thinking that he'd simply determined that his Heian era techniques wouldn't have been of any benefit- as well as the fact that Gojo regretted this and acted like he'd failed Sukuna, when Sukuna actually seemed pretty damn pleased with how it all went down. Like if Mahoraga had taken just a tad longer to figure out how to bypass Infinity, the match would've gone to Gojo. That said, I actually like that both Gojo and Sukuna ended up feeling no animosity towards each other. I may not ship them (SatoSugu 4life) but for this entire series I've been solidly on both Team Gojo and Team Sukuna and wanted them to achieve exactly what Gojo seemed to have been aiming for: alleviating Sukuna's loneliness and teaching him the value of love. I'd been betting on the match ending with a tie from either an interruption or both of them exhausting themselves and left incapacitated, with Sukuna then losing Megumi's body and becoming more of an antihero or returning to his chaotic-neutral-and-volatile-but-also-kinda-helpful role that he had in s1. Like at the very least he'd gained enough respect for Gojo to want to see what kind of future he creates for the jujutsu world. Which might still happen anyway, especially if Gojo manages to reincarnate, either on his own or with the help of someone else like Shoko or even Yuji with his soul-swap technique. I saw a comment elsewhere from months ago that talked about how Yuji's technique is ultimately the antithesis of Kenjaku's. Instead of being a parasite, he's a vessel able to contain other souls within himself and absorb their CT over time by eating them, similar to Geto's Curse Manipulation. Soul-swapping and absorbing a soul without swapping are pretty dang similar, and totally within the realm of possibility. Hell, he might even be able to then put souls into other bodies as well, versions of which we've already seen with Granny Zenin and the Principal. Imagine Gojo in a plushie like Bleach omg that'd be so perfect wtf I'M OFFICIALLY CALLING IT NOW
I think the reason why Gojo said Sukuna was stronger was because Sukuna did have a lot of power do defend himself against Gojo but didn’t have the means to beat Gojo unless Sukuna let Gojo get some hits in on him. It was a risky gamble that Sukuna was taking, it almost got him killed but he was rewarded in the end
Yep it's stated in 228 that he is choosing riskier option against gojo in domain battle or he wouldn't have gotten to the point he loose domain battle and had to use or summon maho 🗿 see sukuna was always superior
@@ultimatealien1001dude just fckin stop , accept the reality . if you're daddy Gojo admitted he is inferior Sukuna who is just holding back, why are you still arguing? Sukuna has always been the Strongest, you Gojo fans are just that obssessed to Gojo.
I dunno, I think Gojo's statements are him reflecting on the fight, I think he earnestly believed that he would win, but upon reflection, he realized the things we as readers know, that Sukunna was holding back which is definitely true seeing as how we know nothing about Yoruzu's Gift, the Black Box thing, etc. Gojo saying that he would have lost even without Mahoraga is a pretty adept measurement of Sukunna's combat capabilities(After all Sukunna himself was shown to be able to adapt to things well on his own with the whole burnout thing). Gojo is basically saying that even without Mahoraga, Sukunna would have found a way around infinity given time. It's Gojo going over how feels about the fight now at the moment that it's all over, accepting his death, coming to the conclusion that he doesn't regret dying or living the way he did, but he regrets Sukunna not giving his all for him like he was for Sukunna. This also serves as a good testament to Sukunna's personality, he would rather use Megumi's technique to figure out a way to beat Gojo than deign Gojo as truly worthy of using whatever he has saved up. He would rather lose outright than give Gojo that satisfaction. As for the whole acting thing, that's not too hard to believe, but I think it's a bit of both, I think Gojo did actually shock him a bit, but he used the signs of his weakness to catch Gojo off guard, to lure him into a sense of security.
I really liked this anime and was planning to read the manga anyway so when I got spoiled I wasnt even mad, but finding out gojo died was wild. SO I started doing research and basically caught up to the manga in 2 nights. After all of that I think its safe to say gojo losing is a complete ASSPULL, I dont mind that he lost the author literally is known for hating him and stating he's an obstacle to the story progressing (which as a face value statement makes no sense your'e literally the one writing him) but the way he did it was very obtuse. Then we have the statements that gojo wouldve lost even if Sukana didnt have the ten shadows, which goes deeper into nonsense, we literally see Sukana struggling throughout the fight🤣🤣 that man nedded HFELP😂 but somehow he was holding back lol give me a break. now the writer has a bigger problem than gojo, SUKANA. I know you want other sorcerers to shine but how are you gonna write characters that can beat a being that can cut through existence itself🤣. the guy is a very talented manga writer but hes putting himself in a precarious situation. And those statements about gojo being much weaker than sukana are beyond the pale of believability. that was DEFINITELY a retcon after all of the fraud memes Sukana was getting cuz anything else does not make sense
On the latest manga, we see Gojo, Geto , Haibara , Nanami , Riko amanai , Yuira , principal and if u see carefully on the behind riko [far away] there's Toji
It seemed out of character when Gojo escaped the prison realm and was nonchalant about all his comrades dying while he was away, but now we see that they were the last thing on his mind as he died… 😔
With the amount of times Sukuna would’ve died without the ten shadows, I honestly don’t believe he was holding back, or would’ve won without the ten shadows. I mean he NEVER would’ve figured out how to even hit Gojo normally if he didn’t have it. I feel as if he’s always doubted himself, that’d he thought he’d die one day, but has just never shown it because nobody would of believed him. I do believe though they are equal in strength, but Sukuna’s battle iq, adaptability, and strategic ability gave him the massive edge over Gojo.
I always felt that his personality was hiding Gojo's inner insecurities and will be revealed that he became so powerful that he was bored and acted like a moron and idiot just to have some semblance of fun. It is possible that he got so powerful that he truly thought he couldn't be beaten and never took things as seriously as he could have or should have including his training, which would mean as strong as he is, he can be far stronger if he wanted to. That being said I do see him coming back in one of two ways: 1) Yuji absorbs Gojo's soul with his new ability, thus gaining all his power and would allow for a way for Gojo to still exist and have at times Gojo take over Yuji's body just like Sukuna did when he was with Yuji (Gojo is to popular to kill off let's be honest). Thus Gojo's desire of his students surpassing him comes to pass eventually. This would mean it would be a while before Yuji can challenge Sukuna as he has to learn all of Gojo's stuff. I see this as being the most possible one as it is odd that Yuji was given a curse technique not to long before Gojo's death and it hasn't had anything major achievement to it's name. Have it explained that Gojo actually allowed Suksuna to "kill him" so Yuji can take his soul with Gojo's reasoning being something like ya I could have beaten him and he caught me off guard but I allowed it to happen to help you all grow. This would allow Yuji, the actual protagonist of the show, to rise up finally 2) Gojo opts to "Go North" and return. We seen people come back to life from similar injuries before and this should be no different. Now humbled that he was finally beaten Gojo will take things far more seriously but have his return take quite a toll on him and Gojo isn't able to fight at full capacity for quite sometime. This would allow Gojo to remain in the background as a teacher and give Yuji some much needed time to grow stronger and become the protagonist. Gojo's return to battle would happen at the end of the series, revealing he is stronger then ever, but Yuji still ends up killing Suksuna
I do agree with the Number 1 tbh, and if you saw the debut of Sukuna possessing Megumi, Yuji is immune with his Cleave and Slash because Sukuna lived too long inside Yuji
The main problem here was the Sukuna glazing from Gojo. The guy got donnuted three times, was saved by Mahoraga twice and only got the means to bypass infinity from Maharaha, and was genuinely nervous for the first time in one thousand years. At this point, if Sukuna lost not going all out it was his fault.
GEGE is a menace, Gojo died the same day he was sealed in the anime, the same day as suguru geto, with the same outfit as Toji, he also died the same way toji died... And let's be honest, what Gojo said at the end was rly out of character from him, Gege that's lazy writing... R.I.P Satoru freaking Gojo✨️✨️
Wasn’t outta character he had doubts 5 chapters before this his words with geto was him being real ya he was strong and he’s only ever fought someone on his level twice…TWICE so ofc he’s gonna say sukuna was stronger because he was he felt it he was throwing everything he had at him but failed He should’ve gone for the head when he caught him in unlimited void instead of the chest
Out of nowhere gojo admitting that sukuna is holding back lol like wtf all the hype build up from this fight instantly being a disappointment, no hate from sukuna i know he is gonna win but not like this, after 8yrs reading a different manga series i can tell this is lazy writing to take down a character, fck u gege😂
Honestly Gojo death would have been poetic and beautiful if he left the Sukuna glaze and spoke about leaving the future to his students as the youtuber mentioned here. Not once were his students mentioned except Megumi but it wasnt even about saving him. It doesnt make sense, like at all. Gojo was confident, always had been. He did not fear death, he wanted to die in battle fighting someone strong. Sukuna was worth it pushing it to his limit, it is ok admitting Sukuna was strong but Gojo constantly putting himself down over and over again when he achieved great feats is insane.
I do think Gojo will return. There are a lot of hints. The buddhist influence, the conversation at the airport, the fact that Sukuna didn't went for his head, as Gojo said to Toji, and especialy for the plot. The only sorcerer who was at Sukuna's level was him. Even the others who are strong were just not there. So, I'm sure Gege won't pull a sudden love and friendship power up where someone will magically reach Sukuna's level. I'd really like to see a final fight between the Heian era Sukuna, with his four arms and weird face and a resurrected Gojo who reached divinity.
I find it almost funny that people think Gojo could be dead, we literally saw an unexperienced Gojo come back from slashed throat and body made to pieces. Not sure if the rest will put the pieces together and Gojo will come back or how it will happen but limitless and void are abilities that are in somewhat linked to SPACE and TIME so him returning without the need of help is not that far stretched either. We need to establish something for good. GOJO SATORU is the STRONGEST so much so the balance of the world shifted when he was BORN. I am a fan of Sukuna as well despite liking him less for having to use 10 shadows but I will never believe someone like Gojo has lost or can loose by death. He will definitely get back and the only way that would make sense if he will come back stronger. I do believe it will take time thought so we get to see Kashimo and others try and when they seem to loose Gojo will make his appearance again smiling and laughing. I do believe VOID + LIMITLESS will give birth to a IZANAGI type of skill where Gojo might lose one eye or something (those eyes are too precious so sacrificing them should be worth something).
bro, I feel you. There are hints that Gojo might make a comeback. The Buddhist influence, the airport convo, and Sukuna not going for his head all point to a possible return. Plus, Gojo was the only one on Sukuna's level. I hope Gege doesn't pull a love and friendship power-up and gives us an epic final fight with Heian era Sukuna and a resurrected, divine Gojo. That would be insane.
@@Petalsofpoetry yeah, thats also a possibility. The cursed energy of the strongest sorcerer can't just dissapear like that. Or maybe, he could stay alive as a cursed object. If sukuna could revive a thousand years later through his fingers, its not far fetched to think Gojo could pull something like that as well.
● Just an opinion 😀 :- I think , Gojo admit that sukuna was not using his full power ● Because according to Gojo 😃 :- Sukuna still haven't eaten his last 20th finger & due to this Sukana was not in full power ● But Sukana have eaten his dead body to cover for that last 20th finger 😶🌫️

I believe this chapter highlights the core difference between Gojo and Sukuna. Why does Gojo feel lolnely at the top when Sukuna doesn't? I believe humans have this natural instinct of relating to others, this creates companionship and develops communities as a whole. Curses are natually selfish and immoral, Sukuna couldn't care lessa about being the strongest, because he doesn't need anyone else to live, his only goal is to cause chaos. This becomes much more relevant when we see how much Gojo talks about the relation between selfishness and strength, humans can never be as strong as curses because they are limited by the conflicting nature of their existence, where curses don't really care abount anything so they have no restraints. This makes me guess that somehow the story is going to develop around this relation between how could humans stop the curses by thinking outside this box somehow, like how Gojo could somehow become a curse and be the first one to not be guided by hatred, definetly something to do with Yuji's new abilities.
I think while fighting Sukuna, Gojo probably figure out Sukuna's “TRUE” CT. So he said to Getou that Sukuna didn't give it his all and he is feeling bad for Sukuna

@@Ivan-bg1jp What I mean to say here is Sukuna didn't use all of his other abilities like with his tattoos and other cursed object he might possess, not his Slashing and Dismantling ability which in my opinion is not his true CT.
This was the best way to die for Gojo. The one who was widely regarded as the strongest, while knowing deep down he wasn't. He always knew he was going to die, he was waiting for Sakuna to figure him out, putting everything on the line to fight for the people who believe in him. Truly the greatest Sensei in anime.
It wasn't the best way because the gap between gojo and sukuna is massive and gojo is regarded as the strongest sorcerer meaning now no one can beat sukuna
And he went out there alone anyway 😞 I fw him he’s my second favorite he went out like a soldier in my eyes in the face of the king there is no better honor
@@TheOneAboveAll723 Yes loll fully caught up. He came to terms with himself and for the first time in his life no longer felt the "loneliness of being the strongest" as was stated multiple times. He died knowing he was never alone in his fight
Imagine having the problem of creating a character that made you a multi millionaire and being soooo upset that you spend an extra 3 hours every chapter shading his eyelashes. Gege is so blessed that he’s depressed I hope you pushes through these hard times Lmao
So now what? Assuming Gojo truly is dead, and Sukuna maybe even getting more OP ( I guess since he cut through infinity) then where do we go from here? Kashimo is not killing Sukuna but he might weaken him. That leave Yuji, Maki, Yuta, and Hakari to finish him off. And then Kenjaku and the merger are still a thing. Jjk is a weird place for now.
14:54 On Gojo saying “Sukuna wasn’t able to give me his all though” I really focused in on the word “able”. To me it implies not that Sukuna willingly held back, but that he literally was not capable of displaying his full strength right now. I just feel like if Gege wanted to get across that Sukuna did not try his hardest to win, there are much better ways to say it. He was definitely pushed to the limit under the current circumstances.
In any case, Sukuna denied the "It wasn't my full power" shit when he thanked gojo at the end because it was the first time in his life he could go all in and be near death Gojo's smile at the end is like a "oh so i wasn't the only one to go all out, i was reaching him"
All this says is that y'all didn't understand the fight. Sukuna's goal in this fight wasn't to beat Gojo. Sukuna's goal in this fight was to level up his slashes. Sukuna only used maho to expedite that. The moment maho cut off Gojo's arm, Sukuna knew he had what he was looking for from this fight. So he ended it.
I want to point out that Sukuna didn't "master the new slash just in time", but that he couldn't have tried to use it earlier. As said, he could not use other ct while using 10 shadows, and Sukuna didn't just unsummon Mahoraga to use it because he had no reason to don't just make Gojo destroy it getting weaker in the process instead, but he genuinely sweated when he noticed that Gojo was going for the kill on him. (Btw, that is the reason why he was using the max elephant water instead of his slashes)
I mean if Sukuna really is as strong as Gojo was saying in the afterlife, i dont see how how anyone will take this guy down, so we are probably going to get Geges promise of "everyone will die" as the ending. RIP GOATJO

@@luryix9982 fr he’s being a bitch about it and now sukuna is broken as shit it’s like we development these events over years for it to all mean nothing in the end it’s a waste of time lol
I think what gojo meant when he said sukuna isnt going all out is the same thing as sukuna not wanting to reveal his trump card too early, sukuna was genuinely stressing during the fight but its cause he wouldnt allow himself to use all his power since he wanted to keep some of it a mystery for later, dude was doing everything in his power to try and keep his secret whilst gojo nearly forced him to reveal all the techniques he has which couldve led to sukuna easily losing later down the line now that people would have prep time
I'm ppl who said he could have written this better. As I stated on another channel, he should have died in the explosion in 235. Then it would have shown Megumi, "Dying to win and risking death to win are completely different."
A few wandering thoughts, I would like to add: Sukuna holding back does not necessarily mean he was not placing the maximum output into his hits, that he was not going for lethal attacks, nor that he could have ended the fight whenever he wanted. It might simply be that he had a couple more techniques at his disposal (such as the fire generation he used against Jogo and Mahoraga), which he was intentionally not propping on the battlefield, as a failsafe for having a reserve to combat multiple opponents, once finishing with Gojo. Now, would any of those make any difference against a fully-untapped Infinity, at the defense department? Well, only future chapters can answer that question. I am certain that a man regarded as: "The Strongest Sorcerer in History" and "The King of Curses", who appears to be a god among gods, does not solely rely on slicing attacks. It could very well be a reality-bending, cosmic-level absurd ability, so impeccable and overpowered, that it even makes a Limitless user with the Six Eyes, look feeble by comparison. On the other hand, it might only be the copying ability he used, to use fire manipulation, which is also the means he relied upon this time to defeat Gojo, which would be entirely ineffective, if not for these exact circumstances. However, I can say with confidence that even if he was not giving his 100% in this fight, he was definitely giving his 80% - 90%. And even if he was not at the beginning, it almost assuredly became the case, after he experienced the first couple of close calls. Heck, he even states that the initial 120% output of Hollow Purple, would have been lethal to him, had he been hit in point-blank range. And even though Sukuna was consciously holding back, there is a solid case to be made, for Gojo unconsciously holding back, in spite of his own statements. My apologies, but I am having difficulty believing that his opponent intentionally wearing the face of his adopted son and beloved student, had a zero effect on his performance. Despite what happened with Yuji, when Sukuna ripped his heart out, Gojo likely had somewhere in the midst of his innermost thoughts that if Sukuna's body were to be entirely obliterated or that it sustain a volatile amount of damage, there would be no hope of ever getting Megumi back. But overall, great video with some pretty awesome theories, and despite my issues with Chapter 236, I still loved it and I am excited about how the story progresses from here on.
You said all that based on assumptions. We don't know enough about sukuna to make any claims. Literally the only thing you got to go off of is gojo and his six eyes saying he isn't sure he could beat sukuna even if sukuna didn't have TS. If you're logical and smart that's what you'd say
@@rushpatriot2866 Yes, as I have stated above, as of this moment, we do not know enough about Sukuna's overall set of powers and abilities, albeit it has been stated repeatedly that he has more in his arsenal than what we have seen thus far, therefore it could be anything, hence the theories. And it should go without saying that stuff that have not been confirmed or debunked by the creator or the story itself, are purely assumptions that fall into the fan theory territory. Nobody here has claimed otherwise, we are simply making our theories for fun. I really do not see the need to call out something so self-explanatory nor to present it as something negative.
I think Gojo just realised Sukuna can adapt to anything in very little time and that's why eventually even without the 10 shadows he would've found a way. Just like Gojo who gets ideas in the spur of the moment. And either Sukuna didn't go all out or Gojo just thought Sukuna would be stronger. He did rely on the shikigami instead of going all out with his own power, in other words holding back. But maybe that was Sukuna's limit and Gojo just expected a stronger opponent. If the fight continued we would've found out, with the shikigami gone Sukuna would've been backed in a corner and have to improvise and adapt. Cutting the space Gojo is in might've been an idea Sukuna would've come up with himself when getting desperate. If you're going to die might aswell try some stuff. So Gojo might've been right he would've lost either way. Gojo has a big ego but I think he's humble enough to not be delusional
Well sukuna himself stated in the last chapter that it would be impossible to figure out gojo infinity without mahoraga so no he wouldn’t do shit without mahoraga .
@@CcOLaGeN if we take that statement and then take Gojo statement on him losing even without 10S it comes down to both there inner thoughts on one another basically
I think what Gege was showing here is sukuna with all his knowledge of curse energy would always have figured out how to defeat Gojo. And Gojo saying sukuna could defeat him with out 10 shadows I think speaks more to the fact sukuna never used his actual curse technique. Either way I understand why Gojo fans are having such a hard time with the loss
Well, he never used cleave or dismantle because they literally would not work on Gojo. Which makes no sense as to why Gojo suddenly claims Sukuna could beat him without Mahoraga considering it's only BECAUSE of Mahoraga that Sukuna was able to create a "space cleave", as corny as that is, that could reach Gojo. As for other techniques Sukuna may have, well that would've been nice to see but Gege though it was a good idea to leave that out of this fight entirely in favor for the most boring outcome: cleave spam and Mahoraga carry.
I think Gojo has something prepared if he really new what Sukuna is capable of. They have already crossed time, space and reality elements of the show. I know time most of the time has the advantage.
The implausible is doable with enough: Time Resources *KNOWLEDGE* Separate the implausible from the factually impossible, and never waste one iota on the latter.
Not only that BT GOJO SAID that sukuna is choosing the riskier option too and not transforming into his older self which will gave him a strength and h2h battle advantage
His Trump Card + last finger probably. But what he is mostly referring to is probably him having leeway to hide an ace up his sleeve till the end that one technique which could also break infinity but he didn't use it.
Great chapter. Only reason why we overlooked Sukuna, was because we were rooting for Gojo. But we forget that Sukuna has an incredible intellect and great resourcefulness. He was dog walking Gojo in domain battles, then when that’s no longer in the equation, switched to plan B, which is Mahoraga. All he had to do was take some hits and speed the wheel up. Gojo hits like a railgun, so Sukuna got scared he might die before being able to kill Gojo. Then once the slash from Maho worked, all Sukuna needed to do was let Gojo kill the shikigami so he could use Space Cleave. Kusakabe thought Gojo won, but Sukuna knew it was checkmate. Thats the King of Curses and I see why Gojo said he didn’t know if he could even beat Sukuna with his full arsenal. Sukuna plays 5D chess with any competent sorcerer, so his plan against Gojo was masterful work.
What bothered me is Gojo’s character changed in death. The other thing that bothers me is that people are saying that Sukuna could’ve used everything as if they could think of a better solution than the king of curses. He chose the mahoraga route because passively, Gojo has the best defense. It’s nuts. Lol
@@Ahlovendino the way I see it is that gojo had a perfect character conclusion think about it he was empty and lonely with no one of his comrades alive the ones who know about his personality and treats like nanami and geto they know saturo gojo not the honored one or the strongest sorcer he basically wanted what Hange of aot wanted joining her comrades was her dream and he knows better than anyone that sukuna was holding so accept it and respect sukuna I truly don't know why its hard to fathem that the villain is op and not a fraud this is actually good for the series
@@blwy3683 my gripe was with a few things specifically. The entire fight was Sukuna in the backfoot struggling against: 1. Unlimited Void 2. Gojo's nonstop black flashes 3. Limitless Sure he was able to win against these because of Mahoraga which isn't an issue but Gojo stating that Sukuna was holding back the entire time made no sense considering that Gojo himself was dogwalking Sukuna for 75% of their fight. If he was holding back, he really let himself get brain damage because he lost a domain expansion clash, get close to dying quite a few times, and lose his Domain Expansion? We all knew he had a trump card but if it was so strong, he wouldn't have needed to use ten shadows. The other issue would have to be the off screen killing of Gojo. We had all the knowledge of him trying to create a purple explosion meanwhile we just had sukuna say he ctrl c Mahoraga bc he couldn't get through gojos defense with gojo already dead on the floor. No fight happened, we don't even see him get chopped. The hate gege has for their character is unreal lol. The butchering of his character is also a thing considering he himself was a confident guy that cared for his students as well. He heavily insisted on raising up the next generation to become stronger yet in death, he feels bad for Sukuna....the guy who made his students life a living hell.
I like how you included bits from your live reactions. Yeah, Gojo is definitely not 100% gone. I’m looking forward to learning more about Yuji’s new body swap technique too.
sukuna was holding back not because of infinity. He was trying to adapt to the modern era and physics. If he reverts to heian-era techniques, then he is not adaptable. That makes Kenjaku above him. He is stubborn to kill Gojo with his own solution. He used Maho as a teacher. Sukuna w/o 10s might win gojo. his original 4 arms might dominate Gojo in h2h battle, thus he won't lose the domain battle and Gojo will lose. but it will be high diff
Yea it's also foreshadowed when sukuna was choosing the riskier option also fighting 4arm domain amplification sukuna is just too much for gojo lmao 💀 even as a both fan sukuna cleary superior than gojo not because gojo didn't do shit he made him stressed that sukuna might have to transform and that will lead to his defeat against students of jujutsu high 🙏

I always just assumed that we haven't seen all of Sukuna's abilities. I think he's been going all out against Gojo without revealing everything he's capable of. @@Beastly_Genius he didnt have anything else to deal with infinity besides Moharaga. Is it that difficulty to understand, sukuna took Megumi's body because he didnt have anything in his powers to deal with Gojo. Quit glazing for a second man 😅
Many people seem to not understand but sukuna is not holding back in terms of fighting his best. He was holding back in terms of abilities. As we know, sukuna does not like using his cursed technique unnecessarily. What gege means by 'holding back' just means if sukuna wanted to, he could have not used ten shadows and try a different plan instead. People often forget that getting hit was part of his plan. Sukuna was never worried until gojo got RCT back. Meaning he expected everything. Sukuna thought mahoraga would be a quick and cheap victory but he knew he messed up when gojo got his RCT back. Remember. Sukuna still has to fight others. It is natural that he was worried when he realized gojo is not going down as easy as he planned and the mahoraga slash is almost impossible to pull off. He was saved by mahoraga because he chose to do so. As gojo says, sukuna could have tried other things such as destroying his domain from the inside but sukuna thought mahoraga was easier to pull off.
He did a good job showing how broken of a character gojo is and how to absolutely off them the best way possible. Instead of doing a brain dead move that most anime stories do that greatly shortens their story or ruins it.
At the end of the afterlife scene, Gojo says his farewell to all the dead people in the afterlife. But why would he say goodbye to them if he is joining them in the afterlife.
Ngl tho, I do see how it is possible that sukuna would have won without ten shadows. Sukuna is obviously very intelligent and understands cursed energy on a level no one else can. He also seems to be capable of adapting too. So if he had fought Gojo in Yuji’s body I’m sure he would have found another way. Just a thought
It's a posibilty and we should get an answer to that within his next few battles were we should see the rest of his powers and just how likely would of it been for him to win, regardless oh who wins tho they are pretty much equal in strength with Gojo having better powers and Sukuna greater knowledge on cursed energy/techniques and how to use them.
How? The only reason he got past limitless and infinity was from Mahoraga's adaptability to abnormal cursed techniques. He literally sat back the entire fight and let Mahoraga figure it out for him. Considering how the fight went pre-Mahoraga I don't see how Sukuna would figure it out.
@@jase276yeah cuz you arent sukuna only sukuna would know how to do it you are a nobody sorcerer who wouldnt have a clue on to bypass infinity whereas sukuna is a genius and understands ce better than anyone

I hate the "the plot can not advance while Gojo still alive" argument to discredit the author. the plot has advanced, the moment Sukuna reach his 19 fingers and 1 sacrificial body the plot has advanced because now there's someone that can stand before Gojo as an adversary unlike before. It's the same as "Gojo died just because Gege hates him" as if the author wasn't already established that Sukuna is the strongest Sorcerer in the golden era of Jujutsu. As if Sukuna is just some generic dude.
@CurseOxuin you're proving my point. If Gojo defeated Sukuna in that fight where does that leave the story. See what I mean, the story is over because if Sukuna cannot defeat him then who can? The story can now advance because Sukuna is now alive and Gojo is not.
@@samwilson4597No, they are not too weak, it's just that Gojo was TOO STRONG. Dude deadass has the most broken ability in the series, photographic memory to retain knowledge helpful for his ability, is a prodigy AND awakened. No one else is weak by ANY means, and I hate when people say that.

Now I just want to see the chapter Gege forgot to draw before this one, not because I'm in denial about Gojo's death but because I think there was an important dialogue before Sukuna killing Gojo like Sukuna saying "It was fun to have a fight with someone who gave me this many problems, but this ends right now..." and then doing a hand sign then Gojo with a surprised face seeing how Sukuna changing direction but it's actually his body falling after the cut...

if Gojo does comeback I expect that do to his new point of view and some other reason like his control of cured energy being heavily limited for a time will make him help Yuji evolve as a sorcerer. This effectively keeps Gojo alive without him hindering the plot while also while giving Yuji a way to catch up with his peers and make him feel like the protagonist again. Unrelated but I feel using this afterlife device we can see something like this at the end of the series where all those alive surround Yuji in his final moments and those who are dead like Junpei and Nanami are there with him in the afterlife while Sukuna in his true final moments is alone in life and death showing parallel between them. This would also parallel Gojo as he was born the into being the strongest felt alone but was never truly alone while Sukuna became the strongest and truly was alone in the end.

Idk, Gojo has always seemed to be a fragile person to me. Especially with all his clowning and confidence. I think selling himself short is very in character. I think the reason he paid so much attention to Megumi's self sacrificing tendencies is because he saw himself in him in that regard. He even wanted to be of help to Sukuna. Most likely, he thought he could reach him and prove to him that he didn't have to be the way he was. Because he thought it stemmed from the same place that his (Gojo's) own doubts and pains stemmed from (loneliness.) Let's be honest, in order to be someone who decides to protect the weak from the strong/stronger, you have to value others more than yourself. I think Gege's writing is a bit rough, but hopefully he can pull it off in the end. I find it unsatisfactory how creators seem to opt out of using or following the abilities and themes in their own works just because they want shock value or think that stories have to be angsty or tragic to be "good." I hope Gege doesn't fall down that path. Afterall, when you create a character like Gojo's, you have to have the writing prowess needed to fit him into your narrative. Otherwise, why make him in the first place? Moreover, there are many ways to take Gojo off the board without killing him indefinitely. If Gojo turns into a curse or grabs his legs and is like: "You should've gone for the head." Or even, if the other sorcerors storm the field and manage to begin healing him / whisk him away, it might be an open situation like Nobara's was (who isn't in the afterlife.) Gojo as a curse might see him f off to do some cursely thing (like kill Kenjaku-Geto.) Or even turn bad himself. Either one would still put the onlooking sorcerors in a tight spot. As they now have to deal with Sukuna themselves or with Gojo too. It's still added tension to the story. Gojo revived could proceed to retreat for a full recovery (which spans the rest of the conflict.) Gojo rescued could be taken to Shoko for a full recovery (which spans the rest of the conflict.) These situations still remove him from the equation so that the onlooking sorcerors have to step in. Much like sealing him did. All that to say, I don't think Gege subverted anything for me. Shonen animanga often kills the mentor or some other powerful/important person in order to progress the plot and/or develop the main characters. I just think that it doesn't really make sense for this character unless you factor in your point about Gege hating Gojo. Which is a bit irresponsible of Gege to me. Anyway, I am not trying to insult or offend anyone. Sorry if I did. As always, your videos are top notch ABD! Very enjoyable. Thank you.
This is such a good video since it doesn't just spout nonsense and conclude everything; instead, it gives us options for what could be the possible results. Thanks to the makers of this channel; you guys did an excellent job. Whatever the ending of this great story , Gojo🐐 will always be the strongest for me.
I don’t think Nobara not appearing in the ‘’afterlife’’ means she is still alive, cause where is Yuki ? I think It was just him with the people he lived his best moments with in a period of his life, which is his youth.

If he didn't have a way to deal with it he wasn't holding back. Lmao, he needed Mahoraga to learn how to bypass it.

oh man, it was a tough chapter for us Gojo fans.

:'D
life gave him the whole lemonade stand... bashed him on the head with it
Now he will buff other characters but now jujutsu is over....
Name a character who had it worse
Poor yuji all he wanted was to die surrounded by friends and family

@@jordanpolo5392right? Like Gege hated Gojo due in large part to how do you make a character that can reasonably beat him. Well he did but in turn I think he realistically made it worse. No more ridiculously broken powers, solidifies Kenjaku as the primary antagonist mastermind, and now the other sorcerers actually have a fighting chance.

my problem with this chapter is exactly what Gojo said at the end.
That's why it's a "near impossible" technique to achieve and he had to use the shortcut of Mahoraga, it's much faster than how he would've been if he gradually experimented in the fight, in order to figure out how to cut everything.
not to oversimplify but he stole that line straight from HxH...

Gojo failed against Toji.
“Equal footing “ is absolutely hilarious, the man basically got jumped give me a break
I think I have got the whole theory. When gojo died by the hands of Toji he went to the afterlife all alone because at that time no one his friend have died that's why he told to Megumi that "When you die you are alone" and after his second death he got to meet all his friends who have died
As Gege planned Gojo's death on the day he was sealed in the anime, I believe he will come back to life in manga when he will be unsealed in the anime 😊
that would be genius ngl
Manga's about to be over tho by next year perhaps
Gojo doesn't get unsealed until around the end of culling games. So nah, by the time a season 3 is out, it prolly won't be enough to reach where gojo got unsealed in the culling games. That'll be a year or two from now.
Gege already stated that he is ending the manga soon so I doubt that he'll wait to season 3 or 4 to then finish the manga
You're break downs are always on point. Explaining everything I was thinking

Throughout heaven and Earth sukuna is the honoured one 😂

That's some akame ga kill level of stupid death 😂
Cry about it
With the amount of times Sukuna would’ve died without the ten shadows, I honestly don’t believe he was holding back, or would’ve won without the ten shadows.
That being said I do see him coming back in one of two ways:
1) Yuji absorbs Gojo's soul with his new ability, thus gaining all his power and would allow for a way for Gojo to still exist and have at times Gojo take over Yuji's body just like Sukuna did when he was with Yuji (Gojo is to popular to kill off let's be honest). This would allow Yuji, the actual protagonist of the show, to rise up finally
2) Gojo opts to "Go North" and return.
Fuck no
I do agree with the Number 1 tbh, and if you saw the debut of Sukuna possessing Megumi, Yuji is immune with his Cleave and Slash because Sukuna lived too long inside Yuji
@@calvinalexander6572 That was because Megumi was nerfing Sukuna at the time, not because of an immunity.

Wasn’t outta character he had doubts 5 chapters before this his words with geto was him being real ya he was strong and he’s only ever fought someone on his level twice…TWICE so ofc he’s gonna say sukuna was stronger because he was he felt it he was throwing everything he had at him but failed
He should’ve gone for the head when he caught him in unlimited void instead of the chest

That is why I think yuji will surpass gojo because of his compassion to others and selfish as some of the characters

In any case, Sukuna denied the "It wasn't my full power" shit when he thanked gojo at the end because it was the first time in his life he could go all in and be near death
Gojo's smile at the end is like a "oh so i wasn't the only one to go all out, i was reaching him"
All this says is that y'all didn't understand the fight.
RIP GOATJO

I think what gojo meant when he said sukuna isnt going all out is the same thing as sukuna not wanting to reveal his trump card too early, sukuna was genuinely stressing during the fight but its cause he wouldnt allow himself to use all his power since he wanted to keep some of it a mystery for later, dude was doing everything in his power to try and keep his secret whilst gojo nearly forced him to reveal all the techniques he has which couldve led to sukuna easily losing later down the line now that people would have prep time
I think the frustration and confusion everyone has later down the line will get a insight because i agree with what your saying
But what's the point of that? He wouldn't need it later since everyone other than Gojo is so much weaker than him
I'm ppl who said he could have written this better. As I stated on another channel, he should have died in the explosion in 235. Then it would have shown Megumi, "Dying to win and risking death to win are completely different."
People would have responded way better to that
A few wandering thoughts, I would like to add: Sukuna holding back does not necessarily mean he was not placing the maximum output into his hits, that he was not going for lethal attacks, nor that he could have ended the fight whenever he wanted.

Not only that BT GOJO SAID that sukuna is choosing the riskier option too and not transforming into his older self which will gave him a strength and h2h battle advantage
Nope. In chapter 228, gojo himself foreshadowed that sukuna was holding back and taking risky options in domain clashes.
His Trump Card + last finger probably. But what he is mostly referring to is probably him having leeway to hide an ace up his sleeve till the end that one technique which could also break infinity but he didn't use it.
Sukuna stated he can compensate for the last finger with the head that he ate
he didnt even used his ct
That's not false confidence, but optimistic trait of Gojo
"Few people cried, few people laughed, most people were silent"
Exactly
Omg finally an actual reader
What bothered me is Gojo’s character changed in death. @@blwy3683 my gripe was with a few things specifically. The entire fight was Sukuna in the backfoot struggling against:
1. Unlimited Void
2. Gojo's nonstop black flashes
3. Limitless
Sure he was able to win against these because of Mahoraga which isn't an issue but Gojo stating that Sukuna was holding back the entire time made no sense considering that Gojo himself was dogwalking Sukuna for 75% of their fight.
He heavily insisted on raising up the next generation to become stronger yet in death, he feels bad for Sukuna....the guy who made his students life a living hell.

sukuna was holding back not because of infinity.

Yeah but tf they supposed lol the others suck even the main character can't do shit. Tf he leave Su alive for can't nobody touch him lol poor writing for one character. All of Getos plans work. The only was who lose in JJk are the heros lol idk
Bro Gojo rode on Sukuna's glizzy like 4 times in the dialogues with Geto💀
Akutami is really giving the Sukuna fans what they wanted to hear these past few weeks 😞
He gave gojo fans a lot of fan service than sukuna
Or he just read all the dumb shit you were already coming up with for when Gojo loses.
And I thank him deeply for that.
Imagine Gojo too instead of making himself the target of limitless infinity, he makes reality the target (IF he is revived ofc)... since Sukuna blurted it all out I think Gojo can do it too.
Doesn't matter fraudjo is dead asf
That wouldnt rlly make sense
@@rxnnietweaks7291 Hmm.. if you watch the anime episode of hidden inventory arc, you can see a part where Geto asks Gojo about his automatic selection for his technique. Gojo says that the target of his technique is actually him. Applying the same to here I just cooked a theory 😃
Now I just want to see the chapter Gege forgot to draw before this one, not because I'm in denial about Gojo's death but because I think there was an important dialogue before Sukuna killing Gojo like Sukuna saying "It was fun to have a fight with someone who gave me this many problems, but this ends right now..." and then doing a hand sign then Gojo with a surprised face seeing how Sukuna changing direction but it's actually his body falling after the cut...
lol thats so cheesy
yup wouldve been much better than "your infinity doesnt matter because I said so🤣🤣
Knew he would make us think gojo winning the whole battle but plot twist happened but not what I expected from a slash against reality. How Yuji gonna beat that let’s be real? Yuji is somewhat human even tho they stated he could potentially not be human
@sinbad2904 except for the part where Gojo was never winning the whole battle.
Man got his domain expansion cancelled multiple times, and then got it taken away.
Then he got his blue taken away and his infinity taken away.
Then got his RCT taken away and got his arm chopped off.
Then finally he got sliced in half.
He was being dismantled from the beginning
You Gojo stans were just in denial about it all the way through 😂
👖 😂😢
@@abongilezolanipeterson5588were did you read your manga? Sakuna was literally getting obliterated from the start while he kept getting help from agito and mahoraga
@@SolomonDortey-xe9kc Tell me one thing.
Which part of the things I mentioned is not true.
Which part did not happen.
I'll wait.
@@abongilezolanipeterson5588 The part you claim Gojo was never wining at the beginning of the fight is all cap. If not for mahoraga sakuna would been dead
Y'all still don't understand what Gege meant when he said "the strongest in history vs the strongest of today" it means that gojo is simply the strongest sorcerer from his era. That's all. Doesn't mean he's stronger or as strong as a sorcerer from another era
Preach!!🙏🏻
He said Gojo is the ceiling of the power in this show or something similar. Now it could mean he is strongest among humans but maybe Sukuna isn't a human maybe an alien who knows.
@@proximTeaMinegang it just as sukuna stated he was considered the strongest because sukuna wasn't present you need to keep in mind sukuna was stepping on shit in his era which is considered the golden age of sorcery indicating maybe there was niggas as strong as gojo back den
@@blwy3683 there is nobody as strong as Gojo back then If he can't bypass infinity on his own without using mahoraga😂.
@@kingjomezy9821tf you mean it called the golden era of jujutsu beceuse their where characters as strong as him back then. The only thing that help puts gojo on their lv is his limitless you take it away or get past it then he simply not hanging wit them 🤷🏼♂️.
if Gojo does comeback I expect that do to his new point of view and some other reason like his control of cured energy being heavily limited for a time will make him help Yuji evolve as a sorcerer.
Nobora might be dead cause we didn't see mechmaru/Kokichi either or maybe Gege just didn't want to draw em; I think Toji was there as well standing in the background
It seems like it was just people that gojo hung out with during high school. That whole sequence was probably in his head
@@iattacku2773 I feel like the Nanami part does confirm it's not just in his head.
There is a chance that gojo will be revived even if he's dead, like we have seen toji revived by seance technique.
Even if he does sukuna will kill him again
On the latest manga, we see Gojo, Geto , Haibara , Nanami , Riko amanai , Yuira , principal and if u see carefully on the behind riko [far away] there's Toji
No toji's case was different. That revived person was supposed to go back to afterlife when the cursed energy of the host gets depleted. But toji had no cursed energy ti start with. Hence no cursed energy will be consumed so toji would get infinite time to live inside that body. Still toji chose to do suicide because he didn't want to temper with his son's future
Fat L for that little light skin boi
@@lashanegreen3168 just like how the clown was getting Ls in every other chapter. It'll be cool if he regens his body and gives another bigass L to your daddy. Then I would like to see you cry
Yuji wants to die with everyone he loves around him. What if everyone he loves dies one by one, and he's the only one left alone in the end. If this were to be the ending, it would break our hearts, but it would also be the peak fiction we wanted.
Yep his character is complete and no use of his if his powers are gone so why just not complete his character by killing him 😢
I would HATE that.... But yea it would be cool as frick. Peak Fiction
Throughout heaven and Earth sukuna is the honoured one 😂
Gege stated that the ending of jjk will either be with all of the main cast dead except one (yuji) or all of the main cast live and one die (yuji) . From what we have seen this might be the bad ending. 😢
@@Plox3 yes it's nearly a dark anime ,in which the protagonist want to die surrounded by people in first episode 😂
and I like it,
This is the thing that makes your taste different
If you want to see pure darkness i suggest you watch monster anime it is so good
Idk, Gojo has always seemed to be a fragile person to me.
Because he thought it stemmed from the same place that his (Gojo's) own doubts and pains stemmed from (loneliness.)
Let's be honest, in order to be someone who decides to protect the weak from the strong/stronger, you have to value others more than yourself.
If Gojo turns into a curse or grabs his legs and is like: "You should've gone for the head."
Or even, if the other sorcerors storm the field and manage to begin healing him / whisk him away, it might be an open situation like Nobara's was (who isn't in the afterlife.)
Gojo as a curse might see him f off to do some cursely thing (like kill Kenjaku-Geto.) Or even turn bad himself. Either one would still put the onlooking sorcerors in a tight spot. As they now have to deal with Sukuna themselves or with Gojo too. It's still added tension to the story.
Gojo revived could proceed to retreat for a full recovery (which spans the rest of the conflict.)
Gojo rescued could be taken to Shoko for a full recovery (which spans the rest of the conflict.)
These situations still remove him from the equation so that the onlooking sorcerors have to step in.
Thank you.
you don't get the point of killing gojo, well i don't get the point to keep him alive...
This is such a good video since it doesn't just spout nonsense and conclude everything; instead, it gives us options for what could be the possible results. Thanks to the makers of this channel; you guys did an excellent job.
Whatever the ending of this great story , Gojo🐐 will always be the strongest for me.
Bro is on an eternal copium realm
New Excuse: gojo died cause gege hate him
Gege does hate him
SUKUNA is more powerful than gojo thats why gojo died 😂😂😂😂 SUKUNA😈😈😈
I don’t think Nobara not appearing in the ‘’afterlife’’ means she is still alive, cause where is Yuki ? I think It was just him with the people he lived his best moments with in a period of his life, which is his youth.
Toji was there tho

DUDE 10:26 is so accurate for me: I just started watching jjk a few days ago and was having such a good time, with gojo becoming a favorite character for me. He was just so cool, and the anime def showed that. I was completely unaware of the pain and suffering that was going on. But then I got to season 2 and started sobbing at gojo's past arc, and was hit with his prison realm sealment right after. and so I decided to check and see what happened in the manga, hoping that Gojo returns and...
I dont think Ive ever cried this much in one sitting in my entire life.
it was the absolute worst time to begin jjk and become a gojo fan.
