Boo it’s called Style. You see first she’s feeling the song, then she expresses how she feels the song how best she expresses the way she’s learned to move with her body in sync with the music she’s hearing, this can happen with any song but, most important thing you can do first is learn your body = stretching and studying your moment with moment & second is also one learning a couple dance moves🙂 and then play a sound by your self or with people which ever best helps you feel then express your own style..
