it probably needs more retail. It would be good if it was almost like a mall with food court. And then just outside should be hotels/offices, and then outside of that, a high density (mid-rise) residential area.

But the question is how many years we can maintain it. Maintenance is always a big trouble for us.
People will through garbage, they will do rangoli on the walls after eating paan, and lot many things....
This station is privatized so I think proper care will be taken and strict actions could be taken against those people also it's obvious that those poor people who made railway station their home would never exist in such stations
