genuinely well-written extreme action horror(action horror + extreme horror) is extremely underrated, so if you want to stand out, then that’s a good start

Thank you for reaffirming that I should follow my excitement always and paint what I actually enjoy painting. If that means i want to try a different style then be it. There are literally infinite ways you could paint, infinite styles you could choose or invent, why would we limit ourself?

I'm very much like you. I fell in love with the old school RPG box/book art and thats what caused me to want to learn to draw, only I haven't been able to learn to draw that style particularly well, which makes me sad.

I thought I'm the only one who do this lol, but yeah that actually helps me so much and I found myself draw Every day and its helps me to discover and you learn other stuff like (I learn how to draw hand, body, background, antomy whatever) you will like yourself how you discover and learning stuff by yourself ,and I'm telling you this video makes me want to draw rn lmao .
Can I ask please for a video I think would be a life saver? SETTING UP CANVASES BASED ON EACH TYPE OF PROYECT I know there are plenty of artists on TH-cam and other sites sharing their canvas configurations, but it stops there! Not even in college (though I must admit my college was crappy) did I get a class on how to set up my canvas a workspace specifically for a certain type of work. Commissions are way different to professional gigs, and probably you wouldn't give the same configuration to a piece for your cousin or a fan art for fun or for your social media, than for a video game studio. Probably even professionally a concept art piece has a different approach to it compared to a cover, a splash art, advertising, etc. I think a guide like this, where you teach us the standards, what everything is actually for, stuff maybe we don't know that could make us more proffessional, and the framework or roadmap for stuff we need to think about for ourselves and make better decisions would me a jewel video everyone will codiciously cherish and keep close forever.
Thats it, im doing it. You are 100% right. I've been struggling for nearly a year, with no commissions in the furry community. I'm down to 1 client remaining, who will commission me. Im done. Im going to move on to another thing I love drawing, DnD characters. I dont have much else to lose, so you are right, now is the time. ❤
FA is a joke. Reposts get more views than actual artists posts. I'll post my work and get 30 maybe 40 views, 2 fav, 0 comments. My client will post my commission, 80 to 100 views, 10 to 20 favs. Even have a link directly to my account. Still no clients other than them this year.
I actually find myself doing this for writing too. Most of my work is action comedy but lately I've been focusing on horror.
