Jealousy is all about early childhood conditioning from significant others to believe and feel that you are not: good enough, lovable enough, smart enough, tough enough, pretty enough, etc., so, when you meet someone who seems to have what you don't, you get "jealous" (defensive) because they are triggering your fearful feelings of insecurity about that thing or situation.
You cannot smash duality as long as you are alive. This reality is that, without it, there is not. It’s a fun game though to believe what you think, until you don’t think.
