I tried it with curly hair and it worked for me, just took a very very long time haha. I had to get it damp then put in some leave in conditioner while it was still wet and then did it. When it was finished surprisingly it didn’t frizz haha
You both have gorgeous hair! I would do this since I have very long hair but I don’t take good care of my hair and it’s mostly tangled even when I brush it so if I did this my hair would be all messy and tangled up when i have to untie it.
Omg same, I've been desperately trying to figure out how to make my hair healthier. The other day I sat for like 30 to 40 minutes detangling with my wide tooth comb and leave in conditioner, then I lathered it real good and braided it, put it in a bonnet and slept. Next day i didn't even comb, just ran my fingers through for a few knots and did more conditioner, braid, and bonnet for bed. Only been a couple days but i feel like it has helped so much! Plus before I did the conditioner, the bonnet itself seemed to help a lot with it staying softer and tangling a bit less
Same like what whether l do my hair they get messy and I have to do them again this is why I don't go any married or party with my parents because after I come home I always have to do them

I have thick, curly, and frizzy hair and it worked pretty well on me. I usually dampen my hair ahead of time so it’s easier to work with. Hope that helps!! ❤
