Just picked up an ADV350, I've gone through the pairing process in the app and then the app says "Not Connected to a Vehicle". Is there a way to "wake up" the bike for the app to connect to it after pairing? Totally stumped as neither the app nor the bike's user manual mention anything after completing the pairing process.
Thank you for the demonstration. This app is very limited with my I phone, I prefer using Waze to see where the radar traps & police are with my phone mounted on my bars.
Could the controller on the handlebars be used to control music from another app rather than the Honda app? I much prefer the Tomtom app for navigation and I don't think I'd use the Honda app for this purpose...I'm awaiting a potential purchase of the ADV350.
The Honda app works your phone from the safety of your pocket. It uses google maps if that’s what’s on your phone same with the music it used my iTunes on my phone as that’s all I have on there.
Thank you. I note that your screen shows Miles Per Gallon which is what most people want. for some reason my screen comes as "Miles per Litre" I cannot firn on the instruction manual how to change this. anybody able to help? Thank you
@@faustopalazzo5830 watch the road sync app again. Press the function button and scroll through. You will see time flashes then the miles to KMH flashes then look closely you will see mpg flashes stop there rock switch up or down and it will alter to the one you want. Think that’s correct I’m doing this off memory. Hope this helps.
Thank you for your video. Actually, I have found this app a pity, not to the honor of Honda’s IT service. It’s the same for ADV as X-ADV. It seems the app is a little better with Android, with more interactions with the bike’s screen. I don’t think that Honda will improve its app for Apple devices, as it seems more interested in Android. That changes a bit my opinion about Honda 😤
Have just scooted down from U.K to Spain on my ADV 350, no sat nav, app, napp, papp bopp, just pre planning on a paper map n looking at the road signs!! Wake up!!
This app is useless. It does not display navigation direction on display - just arrow symbol ALWAYS pointing up. I have voice commands in google, in samsung or apple. I do not need another one.
It’s not a point by point sat nav is to inform you that there is a text or your using sat nav. You phone and Bluetooth headset are controlled by the bike so your phone is safely tucked away in your pocket. It’s not the best app.

Bitte erkläre mir, wie du die guten Oxford Griffe angebracht hast? Wo hast du sie angeschlossen an der ADV 350?
probably its up to your phone model if it can connect simultaneously to both the ADV and your BT headset right?
It has to work that way on this app.. headset talks to phone. Phone talks to bike. Bike works phone from handle bars.

I use a Beeline for Nav - perfectly ok and fits nicely (discretely) on bars. Have no need to use this app, maybe music when legal to do so
