It only has Chinese apps, just like the Xiaomi Watch S2, English language is just "simplified" English, and the watch needs to be set up with the Xiaomi Fitness app set to "Chinese region" otherwise it doesn't not connect to the watch.

I've a Xiaomi 14 with Chinese rom, so if I set the watch language to English it's still Chinese?

@@jackhanma376 Some apps might be in "simplified English" and the rest are in Chinese.
Like many smartphones with Chinese Rom, they have Chinese as the main language and again, simplified English and Secondary language, Xiaomi phones with Chinese Rom usually only have 2 languages unless they've been purchased through a 3rd party dealership where some get a "Global Rom" installed before being delivered to the customer.
Unfortunately, the proprietary OS which Xiaomi uses for many of their smartwatches is original for only one watch model, and cannot be rooted or have 3rd party apps installed 😐
