What’s happening in this Open Season movie clip?
Shaw is aiming at Boog and ready to fire. Fortunately, Elliot intervenes at the last second and disarms Shaw by firing at him with a catapult. It doesn’t keep Shaw from attacking Elliot, this time with a knife. Ultimately, Shaw takes his rifle back and aims at Boog again, only to have his shot deviated by Elliot who, this time, catapulted himself. Thinking that Elliot got shot, Boog loses his temper. He shows his wild side to Shaw and immobilizes him with his own gun. He then goes to see Elliot who’s fortunately unhurt. While Elliot and the other animals celebrate their victory, Boog notices a helicopter approaching. The vehicle lands nearby and Beth comes out of it.

What’s the Open Season movie about?
Boog (Martin Lawrence), a domesticated grizzly bear, lives happily with his caretaker in the American North and participates in shows near a friendly little town called Timberline, next to a reservation. Just as hunting season is about to begin, Boog meets Elliot (Ashton Kutcher), a deer with a broken antler, who has a habit of getting into complicated situations, and who is trying to escape Shaw (Gary Sinise), a fearsome and very disrespectful hunter. Elliot gets Boog into trouble by trashing a town store one night when he was just trying to have fun with Boog. He did it a second time during one of Boog's performances that was just about to begin when he was just trying to escape Shaw at the same time, and entering the backstage area, the deer stumbled upon Boog, who had been angry with him since their last encounter. Behind the curtain, Boog tries to grab Elliot to throw him out, but the audience sees their shadows through the curtain and thinks because of the deceptive shadow play that Boog is killing Elliot. Both are anesthetized and taken to the forest. Boog discovers nature with great fear due to his separation from civilization, especially when he meets the inhabitants of the forest. However, with the hunting season starting and Shaw on their tail, determined to eliminate the two, Boog, Elliot and all the forest dwellers must unite to save their lives.
