Your voice is low, and it is perfect. It's why we love you and your pearls of wisdom. It's not due to aging either, but l suspect your microphones have varied (as I've mentioned before) since 2020, when you became less audible. l cannot hear you on any of my devices unless l turn the volume up to maximum, which then means that when an ad comes on, it's like being teleported from a Buddhist retreat and plunged into Disneyland. (Not a joke: I've literally measured my heart going into atrial fibrillation from the shock of the noise, and sometimes the adverts come right in the middle of your videos.) So, l stick with your older videos, my mainstay and for which l am enormously grateful. 🙏

thank you deeply for this video! I have been struggling with depression and anxiety after moving to a new province ... it has not been an easy move and I'm torn in thinking I've made a big mistake .. can't find work .. stable housing .. I'm a singer and wanting to go to auditions and make self tapes but I can barely go down the street to get groceries for myself when I feel like this ... thank you for helping me to realise that by first achieving the smaller goals the bigger ones can follow and the reassurance that it will feel better

May I ask… when you do live stream… what microphone do you use? Sometimes a decent microphones can help x
