I learned on a 300watt wheel whose top speed is 12mph. I was 310# at the time. Now, I’m 230#. Get a v10f or 16x used to overcome the initial learning process and don’t worry about your weight until you’d like to exceed 30° slopes or exceed 70% of the wheel’s maximum output (set alarms to notify with beeps). The Axles on some older models are weak but plenty fine for learning until you want to start jumping or curb-hopping. Good luck

try apple cider vinegar with honey, it also takes a long time but is very good against inflammation etc.
I have tried drinking apple cider vinegar before, I couldn't stomach it

I was 218 1 year and 6 months ago until I stopped drinking alcohol and went down to 178 and the only thing i cut out was Beer. Cheers 💯
