Cinnamon, even though I am not doing the Halloween paintings, I am watching to get the glowee colors you are doing for most of them, and you are giving me the colors I am looking for! But today...I had a very bad day, and didn't make the live show, and watched later, and found that you picked me right up like you were my best friend and gave me such love that it was impossible to be mad at my day anymore! I have to tell you thank you for that! You have that wonderful gift and I learned from you a lot more than just painting and colors!
Oh, I love it. I am absolutely loving these recent paintings that, what I call, have a slight fantasy feel about them. They are just brilliant, please do more of this style it's so lovely. :-)
A friend recently gifted me one of those small Wacom tablets and I've been following along on your Halloween tutorials to learn Clip Studio Paint. I've been having so much fun but for some reason this one threw me for a loop and I almost gave up because I couldn't get the wispy look like I can with physical acrylic but I remembered what you said at the beginning of this (and every stream!) to not put so much pressure on yourself and to enjoy it for the process, not for how it looks. I ended up making something less wispy but no less beautiful. Thank you Cinnamon. You've always been an inspiring artist in my life
I just started watching your tutorial and am going to your basic beginner tutorials. You are a treasure because you teach with a sweet spirit, really trying to inform, teach and encourage. Sending you warmest regards and hugs.
Hi, love the colours and the composition. Going to have ago at painting it, is it a 2hoot or 3hoot please .learnt so much from watching you. Greetings from Nottingham UK.
Do the hog brushes leave brush marks? I have a few of them and they are the simply Simmons but I'm afraid to use it because I don't like the brush marks. When are the brush marks ok? I absolutely love this.
Chalk usually, I use a dritz chalk tool that can be found on Amazon www.amazon.com/dp/B001UAJ7C6?tag=onamztharsh04-20&linkCode=ssc&creativeASIN=B001UAJ7C6&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.1GDSH3V87HFUG&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d_asin
This is gorgeous! On another note, I think if you're gonna work in a specialty type store (art, hardware etc) you should be knowledgeable in some area. I used to work at Michael's and that's actually when I found you because I'd come to youtube and learn about the products we carried so I could better help the customers. I hated working on the register but absolutely loved being on the floor helping people with their projects.
