The last one which I take to be a capnography level based on the number it shows as 30 mmHg which is a bit low but nothing to get worried about yet. So no reason to give her any treatment at all at the moment.

A stopped heart can be restarted with IV medication that forces the cardiac muscle to contract and by compressions. If that leads to at least to defibrillable rhythm then the heart can be stabilized to normal rhythm with defibrillation. But the moment the heart actually stops the patient is technically dead.
