It's not just the GS's main menu music. It also plays on the Explorer when you add something new to the home menu.

When you plug your Explorer into a computer with LeapFrog Connect on it and set it up for the first time, it overwrites "/LF/base/L3B/Audio/h_BROM_HomeMenuBgm_6.mp3" with the GS theme.
