A good way is to say "I appreciate you" to any of the limitations that you have within yourself. So if you feel any emotion that will usually take you out of flow such as shame, anger, guilt or fear you just say "I appreciate you, thank you," as if you're talking directly to the emotion. That way there's no fighting against the emotion or trying to get rid of it (which just seems to make it more intense if anything).
That's a good way of putting it. Would you apply this in tandem with a reason as to why you appreciate the emotion or just giving unconditional love to it?
@@rickyalan1227 I appreciate / give unconditional love to the emotion without reason as a reason would make the appreciation conditional. So say you were trying to talk to someone that you liked for a long time, and you do something Really Embarrassing like the most embarrassing thing you can think of. Maybe you fart, I dunno. As she was about to give you her number but now she changes her mind and leaves. And everyone notices and they're like "Wow something is wrong with this guy, what a loser" and they laugh at you. And now you walk away feeling intense shame coz maybe this was the most embarrassing moment of your life. Sure you can say "I appreciate you Shame because I know that one day this girl will be begging for my number" or you could just say "I appreciate you, thank you" to the extremely painful feeling that's now coursing through your body where you feel like you just wanna d13. This is a type of resilience that almost no one has, it's true acceptance when you mess up or when no one wants anything to do with you. If you can honestly give yourself this level of unconditional acceptance, the world will reflect it in time.

I trust that the universe has a plan for me. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should. I release all worries and fears to the universe. I am safe and protected as I surrender to sleep. The universe is guiding me towards my highest good. I have faith in the journey I am on. I let go of control and allow things to flow naturally.
You are one of my favorite teachers! Thank you for being so generous with this information! Your presentation is spot on! I wish I had known this years ago and I am grateful for the learning now. Now is the only moment!
Your videos always come at the right time and spookishly coincide with the topics being sought after by the (my) subconscious. Thank you for always and consistently putting out this valuable content.
💫⚡✨Every feeling we experience leaves its mark on our subconscious mind, and the dominant feeling is the one that manifests in our reality. Asserting our desires as already existing realities carries more power than hoping for them in the future. It's about feeling our desires as states that already are, rather than states that are yet to be achieved.

I don't know if it can be useful to you for an auto-revision, I find very useful your videos anyway I don't find you spontaneous 100%, just a tiny bit serious, not 100% super relaxed, in the intro at least. Not even excessively happy xD but maybe it's cause for some men it's more difficult to show themselves a natural kind of sweetness, so maybe you think to be natural but to my eyes you don't appear so 100%. Just telling you cause i thought it may be of help for you if you dive into it, not really for blaming you, I truly appreciate this work of yours!
