completely different series, but Sarutobi Sasuke is a "legendary ninja" from Japanese folklore, that's why they share names, and usually look alike (surname means Flying Monkey) thing is, if you search "Sarutobi Sasuke", even if you put Naruto in your search, the Sasuke from Basara shows up, so people mistakefully gets his picture
I think sasuke sarutobi is from a japanese folklore (or a name of a real person idk). It's common that mangas take names from there. Fuma is also in naruto.
