Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

Mentioning having money for beer, but not for paying bills. My dad always had beer money, even when there was no money to buy food. I remember having many suppers of fried green tomatoes from Mom's garden, and milk from the farm up the road, where I helped out, getting paid in milk.
The affect that has on you from your childhood could be bitter or make sure your children eat!

My brother, sister and I were not picky eaters - we ate whatever was served, at least as children. When we became adults, our tastes may have changed as our circumstances changed. My son learned to eat what was fixed for the meal, because there was no alternative given.
I'm surprised the neighbors haven't complained to the city or county about all of the trash and junk laying around.
There are legitimate excuses for not being able to pay, but there is no excuse for being too lazy to keep your property clean. The company didn't have to, but were kind enough to give them another week, only to get repaid by trash left behind in the shed and extra work have to shuffle around trash on the outside.
The shed is worth more than that bike 😂

I love how people say "You can't take it cause it's got a Registered Vehicle in it" I don't think thats accurate.. otherwise people would simply put crap in a shed to keep it from being taken.. the SHED is being Repo"d.. I think the contents are the Owners problem not the Repo Man's.. correct me please if i'm wrong..
He's said as much to people in other videos, shed's not yours, it's on them for storing stuff in a shed that isn't being paid for. I like that he works with them as much as he can. While there was nowhere near 15k in that shed unless there was 13k cash in that tool box, the tools and bike wouldn't survived the ride to the lot very well.
I'm sure in the contract they signed it was all spelled out, if the shed gets repo'd anything in it goes with it. That seems to be more of a liability on most of these repos, full of trash and worse.

It's not theft if you haven't paid for what you're saying can't be taken, which would be the shed. People say the same thing to those who repo vehicles. "You're not taking MY car!" The bank has it in their contract that if you don't pay, they can take it. The outside of their property looks like a landfill.

Agreed. They obviously have been notified at some point that the shed would be reclaimed. If they cared about their belongings up against it, they would have moved those too.

I find it interesting based on some of the things that my son has told me about some people who owned very expensive motorcycles. He has been at the Harley dealership in the winter time when man and woman come in with children, the children are basically wearing rags for coats. Everyone looks like hell and the car is a piece of crap, but you can bet they’re picking up chrome items for his motorcycle. Not just an illusion, it’s what the people that work there told him.
I’m not saying this is the case but based on what I can see in the video someone needs to clean the place up.

I was a car amd truck repo man for about 4 years. You definately got to have a little compassion for some of these people but the ones that came off as butt heads i would load their ride up and be gone. Not gonna be treated like crap because you didnt pay your note. You knew we were coming long before we got there

That stuff kills me. They have plenty of money for Bud Light but no money to pay on the shett.. It's always the same story, we have so much going on. I find it funny though that that can always find time to get drunk, but never enough time to clean up after themselves.

It's a shame that some people get into a situation and can't pay their bills and end up going through a repo. Not all of them just don't want to pay. Some just don't have the money but I have also saw repo's where there was a party spot set up behind the shed with beer cans filling garbage cans. If you have money for beer you have money for payments. I'm sure most of these shed dealers would pretty much accept anything on a weekly basis just to not have to go through the repo crap.

Sorry but on a repossession of any shed anything locked within that shed can go with it. It's under the same as storage sheds you know those storage war shows whatever is in there at the time of sale becomes property of the new owner the shed goes if you want your stuff just like a repossession of a car you have x number of days to come in and pick up your stuff. The repossessor will not go to jail anything gets damaged in there is on you as Billy see because you should have paid your bill that is not your shed anything in there becomes property of the owner of the shed which is the finance company or the dealer. Anything in there will not result in him going to jail it doesn't matter if there's a million dollar Porsche in there he is just the repossessor illegally has the paper to take that shed back
And sorry even if the vehicles are titled in there doesn't matter it's not stealing the vehicle you're repossessing the shed he has full right to come get his bike out of there any damages that I happen in the repo is not on the repossessor or the driver.
I had no idea that there was an industry with specialized equipment for repoing sheds.
