I woke up this morning feeling pretty cruddy and sad. I found this vlog and now I am smiling and happy that there exists two people in this world who love each other and treat people decently. Thank you.
You two a very cute together and I hope you have years of happiness in your new home and new blended family together. I am 63 years old, in NY and disabled but I recently went to a thrift store here and found a Fossil computer case for $5, with tags on it, and when I got home and looked it up, I saw sold similar items for almost $300. I was so excited and thought of My Homeschool Picker would have loved this. I don't even need a case but couldn't pass it up. Someone will need it along the way, and I can gift it to them. Thanks for sharing your life.
I love how honest yall are and how you follow your heart if you think you should give the person more money than they ask, that's what makes you my favorite pickers!!
Hands down my favorite flipping channel to watch. Not only are you guys fun but you are fair and kind…so it absolutely boggles my mind how many people are in these comments with NASTY criticism and comments. I see plenty of constructive criticism which I am sure is appreciated because you are constantly learning especially in that industry! Keep doing what you do guys, we love you!
Your kindness will come back to you in so many ways! There are so many people who would just take all them fabulous items for the 20...your kindness, honesty comes from you both ...you make such a lovely couple ..both of you so beautifully kind ..❤😊
Howdy Neighbors, Another great Video y'all, Kayla and Matt you guys found some great finds again . That's for sure ! A Nice Profit..Can't wait till the next Video and Thanks for paying her more , my favorite TH-cam couple. I love how you guys never Intentionally try to take a advantage of anyone or how you guys never low ball people ❤..until the next one !! Safe picking
I started my heart trinket box collection with a purchase from you earlier this year. I keep checking back to see what new treasures you have. You two bring much needed joy and fun to the world. Thank you!
The racoon with a spring inside at 3:25 is from the magic shop inside Dollywood! I still have mine from when I was a kid in the 90s. You use the spring to manipulate his movement and make him look alive.
I love your videos, your picking, then showing us the shipping items and how much profit you made and then at the end love how you show us the prices your items are listed for and the ones that sold, it's perfectly done, have a great weekend, watching from East Coast Canada 🇨🇦
I love how you gave her more for what you got. I watch this other guy and he distracs them and makes them forget the total and gives them less so sad. Thank you for being so sweet.
I LOVE the frog thing. I can see why it sold instantly for 35.00. The lady was enjoying the joy you were getting from her father's things. It was sweet. ❤. She just wanted someone to enjoy the stuff. He had so many great pieces of art. Loved this!!
I look so forward to your vids! Just so happen I see you just uploaded this one!! You both are inspiring for sure! But can you guys do a QandA? so many want to know your story and the yours mine and ours family! Your values, kindness and drive inspires many!!!! ❤ Thank you for all you do.
I started watching this vlog when I was out and then returned home and rewatched from beginning on TV, and man what a difference from a small phone screen to a huge TV. Loving this vlog. You guys found a great garage sale.
The blue glass pendant made in Turkey is an Evil Eye. When we were stationed in Turkey we went to one of the villages where they made them and brought a few home with us.
I grew up with a carom game in the 70’s. We played with my grandma. Never used the sticks. It was more fun to flick the pieces with our fingers. The best game ever! And yes that is a barbiside jar for combs. (I’m a retired hairdresser) and great for straws. 😊
Matt, I wish you would give your instincts more attention. Love y’all as a couple, but your individuality shines. Imo. I’m still wondering about the framed piece you left without any research. 🤔
The glass container can be a barber comb or straw dispenser! I love those things for straws on my kitchen counter. Thanks for the content and showing how sweet a partnership you and Matt share! Blessings on you!
In 1972 on Army base. I saw in the barbershop. The same container. It was used for combs. They Cabot disinfected solution in the container. To disinfect the cones.
I love that you guys maintain the privacy of your home but I was so excited when Matt asked about that large art piece and she only wanted $10 for it and then he never mentioned it again and I love watching your videos they make me so happy but sometimes I get so confused about the stuff you guys either forget or don't buy🎉 but no matter what I love how kind you are to everyone and especially each other❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is not a criticism...I just know you like to keep learning. The 'S' in Marquis is silent. Just 'mar-kee'. Love watching you both...always look forward to spending a little time with Kayla and Matt. =)
Should you guys be bragging about how much you bought things for & how much you sold it for? Many can't afford what you sell items for. I just think there's too much bragging on how much you make.
@@patshimrack6237 Bragging ? I don't see it as bragging AT ALL. They are giving good 'general information., which is interesting for watchers and informative for other flippers. They are just not the braggy type. (edited for typo)
You two are the best giving that lady double she was asking. I feel your pain Kayla being sick. I caught my grandson's Covid and then caught his upper respiratory illness. I was sick for 8 months. He was only 18 months old so wasn't vaccinated.
I looooveee your videos!!!! Your videos make my days and week. I used to watch other reseller but it comes down that you guys are my favorite!!! Thank you guys. Can't wait for the next ones. :)
MADE in Israel items that include wood are usually made of The Olive Tree. Its against the law to cut them down so they use a special process to get the wood. I have several crosses and a Christ figurine made of it. So beautiful!
Since you guys have such a tough time saying “shelf sitters” consider saying dust catchers. Enjoy your videos very much. Have learned a lot from you two. Thanks a bunch.
That is a straw dispenser.. Lots of really cool stuff. Hope I get to go yard saling this weekend. Its not supposed to rain. Seems like it has rained since June. I'm in FL.
Native American drums change sound based on where you live, because the moisture in the air affects the skin tautness, etc. It’s good to buy them locally so you are assured a good tone.
She had absolutely no idea what her father's stuff was worth. Thank you Kayla for stepping up. You are such a kind person. I shudder to think what she sold those slag lamps for and there were a lot of other collectibles left for the picking.
OMG- what great finds! This is similar to the Estate Sale on a much smaller level tgat I found this past weekend. They were displaying things continuously into shelves as I shopped.
Carron is played by flicking the pieces with your fingers - it does not have any strikes/poles. They play it in SE Asia and Philippines. It’s great fun.
Wonderful video! Keep em coming ❤️ I love how you have more because you knew she was underselling the items. You still made a great profit! That's why you are so successful. Always fair ❤😁😍
I woke up this morning feeling pretty cruddy and sad. I found this vlog and now I am smiling and happy that there exists two people in this world who love each other and treat people decently. Thank you.
Thank you so much for giving her a better price than she asked for. I loved how you both spoke to each other without words, to do that. Respect.
I agree. It's one of the reasons I stay here. Kayla and Matt are good honest humans, and they are having fun.

You know you watch a lot of Kayla and Matt when you’re whistling the music from the end of their videos all day!! 😂
I love how honest yall are and how you follow your heart if you think you should give the person more money than they ask, that's what makes you my favorite pickers!!
I knew you were going to pay her more than $20; you’re very kind and decent people !

Haters gonna hate! Kayla and Matt are my favorite utube thrifters !
They are the Best! 😊 I don't get why people gotta hate all the time.
With regards to the red crystal Tikki vase, the technique used is"Cut To Clear".
Your kindness will come back to you in so many ways! There are so many people who would just take all them fabulous items for the 20...your kindness, honesty comes from you both ...you make such a lovely couple ..both of you so beautifully kind ..❤😊
Be well and happy. Blending families requires very thoughtful parenting and communication.. You both seem like exceptional and wise role models.
That slag glass lamp to your left of the trinket boxes was worth several hundred dollars.
Kayla Matt i am gonna be 100% honest.
I am so JEALOUS!!!!! What a score

I would so go back to that art garage sale. Art is unique and sells very well
I started my heart trinket box collection with a purchase from you earlier this year. I keep checking back to see what new treasures you have. You two bring much needed joy and fun to the world. Thank you!
What I love most about you is the way you will give someone more money if they way undersold their stuff !

@@patsy-hm9rgwatching from Northeastern PA also
Another lovely vlog. You two make me so happy watching your interaction and finding your treasures. Much love to you all K🇬🇧❤️❤️
What a killing! Love watching you two. I wish I had a fraction of Kayla's energy. Her energy and Matt's laid-backness are a perfect fit.
That was so sweet giving the extra $20! Thank you for being so kind to her!!
Please take a little basket with handle for shopping. Less juggling ,dropping and fumbling around with the smalls.🙏
What goes around comes around and you two have many many years ahead of GREATNESS coming your all way! What you did for that lady touched me❤
I love how you gave her more for what you got. I watch this other guy and he distracs them and makes them forget the total and gives them less so sad. Thank you for being so sweet.
Matt the mouse show, while Kayla was looking at the game was the best ! You always put a smile on my face! Actually you both do!
I LOVE the frog thing. I can see why it sold instantly for 35.00. The lady was enjoying the joy you were getting from her father's things. It was sweet. ❤. She just wanted someone to enjoy the stuff. He had so many great pieces of art. Loved this!!

Awesome video!! I looked all over your site for that Lucky bag! I wanted it!! Whoever bought it congratulations! You two are killing it!!
I started watching this vlog when I was out and then returned home and rewatched from beginning on TV, and man what a difference from a small phone screen to a huge TV.
Loving this vlog. You guys found a great garage sale.
One of the coolest sales ever. I hope you guys go back
Love the red glass vase! That style is called "cut to clear" and usually sells high.
The blue glass pendant made in Turkey is an Evil Eye. When we were stationed in Turkey we went to one of the villages where they made them and brought a few home with us.
Yes! And to clarify: they are intended to keep away the evil eye. Blue is the color of the sky, and is a good influence.
Laughing at Matt with the up close mouse hiding Kaylas face-she ignoring him😂😂
Haha yes!!
I grew up with a carom game in the 70’s. We played with my grandma. Never used the sticks. It was more fun to flick the pieces with our fingers. The best game ever! And yes that is a barbiside jar for combs. (I’m a retired hairdresser) and great for straws. 😊
Same 😊
Yep, big in the 70’s. No cues. Just flicking with your fingers. I recall having pretty sore nails.

Thank you for offering her $40. You are good peeps.
I love when you give ppl more when they are asking low...it prob has made so many ppls days!!!!
Matt, I wish you would give your instincts more attention. Love y’all as a couple, but your individuality shines. Imo. I’m still wondering about the framed piece you left without any research. 🤔

I use mine for straws. I didn't even think about using it for hairdresser combs!
That game board is my childhood. We played that all the time. I would love to find one.
I love treasure hunting with you two, & love your generosity!
Great finds! Prayers you continue to be blessed! ❤

The large art piece would be hard to ship. Matt was trying to get an idea of how high her prices would be. I don't think he ever intended to buy it.
This is not a criticism...I just know you like to keep learning.
The 'S' in Marquis is silent. Just 'mar-kee'.
Love watching you both...always look forward to spending a little time with Kayla and Matt. =)

That jar is for storing Barbicide for salons. I had one for 35 years as a hairdresser.
That green cabinet at the first sale would have made a perfect little free library.
That's what it was.
You left so many good pieces behind at that sale
You two are the best giving that lady double she was asking. I feel your pain Kayla being sick. I caught my grandson's Covid and then caught his upper respiratory illness. I was sick for 8 months. He was only 18 months old so wasn't vaccinated.
That blue eye pendant that you said was, ‘made in Turkey’ is supposed to represent ‘guidance and good luck’.
And protection from evil
That is a straw container. The cosmetology one has drain holes in the base to drain the disinfectant when they pull up the comb
I just took a covid test, negative!! But feeling sinus discomfort. Your video just made me feel better ❤
I looooveee your videos!!!! Your videos make my days and week. I used to watch other reseller but it comes down that you guys are my favorite!!! Thank you guys. Can't wait for the next ones. :)
Today, watching you two in the sun, all I could think about was sunscreen. Matt, protect your head.
It's always fun watching you two.
Great finds as always! Puerto Rico is one of my favorite places to vacation. The country is beautiful and the people are so much fun.
Hi Kayla , I was wondering if you could tell me where you find the petite longs skirts Thanks
MADE in Israel items that include wood are usually made of The Olive Tree. Its against the law to cut them down so they use a special process to get the wood. I have several crosses and a Christ figurine made of it. So beautiful!
FYI. You left some great slag glass lamps. One was very nice.
You two are so honest and sweet.
Kayla, try a product called Undo to release stickers. I’ve used it for decades and nothing has ever been damaged by it.
Wish you had picked up the very large picture for $10, worth a good deal
Since you guys have such a tough time saying “shelf sitters” consider saying dust catchers. Enjoy your videos very much. Have learned a lot from you two. Thanks a bunch.
Straw container from the Soda Fountains, like Walgreens fountain in the 50s and 60s.
You guys are the best ! So kind.
I’m glad y’all paid her more. She dont have a clue what she had.. good on ya guys!!
Matt you gotta pick man.
That huge framed art was pretty cool. The vintage wood frame on it is amazing. Definitely worth the $10. Crazy prices at this sale. Great video ❤
It is called "Karrom" as in a K sound for the game board, this was a great game we played as kids.
I have 4 vintage Coach and Dooney purses that I haven't listed yet. They're so nice, I just want to stare at them a bit longer.
I love crystal cut Ruby glass. Beautiful
It’s awesome when a collector starts letting go so others can enjoy the lil Knick knacks from generations sometimes😊super cool sale
Kayla, I Love how you guys are so fair at the pricing, not many people would give above the sellers asking amount, awesome you guys!!! 😊👍💕
That glass with the lid is a barbers sanitizer for combs and other hair stuff !
She had absolutely no idea what her father's stuff was worth. Thank you Kayla for stepping up. You are such a kind person. I shudder to think what she sold those slag lamps for and there were a lot of other collectibles left for the picking.
The vase is called "cut to clear".
Hey guys, what about the art deco stained glass lamp with the Indian warrior on his horse(next to the rusty stained glass lamp ?? It's a KEEPER !!
OMG- what great finds! This is similar to the Estate Sale on a much smaller level tgat I found this past weekend. They were displaying things continuously into shelves as I shopped.
The blue ‘pendant’ from Turkey is to ward off evil. Most Turkish people have one or two in their homes, if not on themselves.
Howdy from Texas! I love watching your videos and you both have taught me a lot for my own reselling business.
Do you not take the batteries out of things when you buy them? I would be worried that the batteries would leak and corrode the inside of the item.
Black pottery is from San ildefonso Pueblo in New Mexico. The figurine with the small children are story tellers. Also Native American Pueblos
I was just about to mention the story tellers then saw your comment
Love watching you guys. Learning so much from you guys that I’m trying to implement in my own eBay store.
Carron is played by flicking the pieces with your fingers - it does not have any strikes/poles. They play it in SE Asia and Philippines. It’s great fun.
It must be like Christmas for the kids every time you come home with the haul.
❤ enjoyed the rummaging with you guys. I try to see if I can guess amount totals at end of videos❤
Wonderful video! Keep em coming ❤️ I love how you have more because you knew she was underselling the items. You still made a great profit! That's why you are so successful. Always fair ❤😁😍
The red vase is called "cut to clear". So pretty.
Wow that Robert Pattinson photo is gorgeous
Thanks for being so kind ❤❤
With her great prices, I would have picked up much more. It would have been a great place for you to turn it into a learning experience.
It’s a magic nail tap from Kayla. I love it 🎉
Really nice of you to give her 40 instead of 20 for all that stuff. You’re very honest people I love watching your videos host.❤❤❤❤😊
The Turkish pendant is the evil eye. Lots of cars had them hanging in cars. It actually wards off evil. Cool.
Well, guys we lived in Izmir 2 years in 1986-88. Maybe evil eye changed…Lol
Would think the drum had a mallet not a stick. It was probably covered in leather.
That was really nice of yall to pay up to that lady at her sale. I know yall have done this before, it just really impresses me every time! ❤😊
Hello matt & kayla have a great weekend 😊
Hey guys! Happy Pickn y’all! ❤
Get that game, we played that all the time in my youth.
I just love how you guys look for the quality in your purchases.
