Can this be done with a midjourney images that has been animated in a video? The character moves but having trouble with back ground items moving like smoke or clouds for example.

What i need to understand is how some of those pages that repost those type of reels grow while mine gets like 4 views. For example @visualhustles started with remixes and reposts and was already getting good view counts and engagement. Like i understand the concept of creating your own content but howcome some pages can just repost from other creators and still get views?
If someone can honestly help me understand why this is happening, please holla at me. I've started like 5 of those pages and the results are still the same. My page name is @visualgrindset. I know it's still a new page but damn its frustrating when the results are still the same
