- TreeFeller recommended I try some Fiocchi320 and bet a steak dinner it would turn in the best group over what I have shot so far. Low and Behold it did. But I celebrate with mixed emotions Fiocchi 320 is very hard to come buy, the vendor online that had this in stock only had 5 boxes everyone else was sold out. Not knowing when I would be able to get more I went ahead and purchased all 5 boxes not knowing if it would shoot or not.
This is not due to the ammo shortage going on right now. Fiocchi for me has always been hard to find.

more 22lr Testing please, also try some SK Long Range and Sk pistol match Special, and try a different technique by finger pinching the trigger with your thumb behind the trigger guard and trigger finger on the trigger and not have your thumb up and over the pistol grip on the rifle, just a suggestion as it works well for me.love your work and video's. It looks pretty windy there today.
Wasn't the best of conditions and I do understand the impact of environmentals. Makes me a better shooter, indoors would be ideal but I would rather be outdoors enjoying God's creation.

Gday mate ! I have just purchased a LA101 22lr and I am beyond happy with it ! I was shooting 1 Moa at 100yrds today with CCI standard velocity rounds today . It’s everything you have said and more . Thanks your recommendation.

No offense meant but ditch the rifle recoil stop on your rest; not needed for 22 rimfire rifles.
Your rifle stock was sitting on top of it and that couldn't help your groups!
Or get something to extend it so your stock is directly behind it.
Don't know about the bag rest you have coming but, if you want to get out of "the rabbit hole", get yourself a rear-rest with rabbit ears like an Edgewood or Protector.
Nothing holds a rifle better than rabbit ears!

I watch your video's with great interest. I wonder why you don't test using better equipment. Since these videos are intended to test ammunition, everything possible to eliminate the human element should be used. Seb front rest and a really good rear bag, would all but eliminate other influences on the groups, thus giving a more exact and stable test of the bullets. Please keep up with your very interesting videos.
Nicholas thank you so much for watching. Part of doing what I do is hoping to pull others into this great past time/sport. I have been to many bench matches but at a few of them we were not so nice to those that potentially could not afford that type of gear. I do not mean to be critical of us but really trying to answer your question. Part of my channel and website is about the average person being able to participate without a lot of up front cost especially today when the economy is in the tank. Think about telling the new shooter 19 year old they need a 3k dollar rifle, a 300 to 600 dollar or higher rest before they are even welcomed it is not about that. Get what you can go out and have fun and for us old heads embrace that, encourage and help.

My lithgow loves geco rifle ammonium. Doesn’t shoot the geco match as good.

that ammo has promiss but i cant help but wonder if your scope has a paralax of 100yds instead of the 50yd like the rimfire rifles are supost to have? one way of checking is to lock your rifle down to where it doesnt move and move your head around to see if your crosshairs move off of what your aimed at. sometimes the basic ammo will give better groups than the high end ammo pending on the rifle, try some winchester super x or remington golden bullets they have always givin me exceptional grouping in all of my rifles. the BSA sweet 22 3-9x40 has been a good scope to go to in my opinion.
