Hi There! I am also a legendary member and I called about this room and they said it did not exist. That they do not have any swim-up presidential suites on the resort. Can you provide insight on maybe how to go about getting this room?
Whoever you talked to is incorrect they do have them only in the Heaven section it has to be the two bedroom presidential for Rock Royalty member only on the first floor there are only two available. Maybe they wasn’t sure of what you was asking but this suite is in the adult only section and only for members.
Also to add you can’t book this suite you only can book the two bedroom presidential and it’s depends on your status and availability if you get the swim up. As you see in the video the room number is 2-103 & 2-102. This is Hard Rock Riviera Maya not Cancun so make sure you are calling the right one.
