What exactly do mean by "energy?"

zoso4269 it’s a subtle element of the world such as air and fire that can not always be seen just as electricity or radio signals or wifi can not be seen. Life energy itself in its pure form is the person themselves, which is what distinguishes a living body and a conscious body from a dead one. However along with that pure life force we can pick up “bad” energies that make us feel tired, angry and disconnected from our real self. These will manifest in the physical body as tension and these are what we are trying to remove through Raynor massage. Separating the “ wheat from the chaff” as the old saying goes. In other words supporting the natural vitality ( or life force) of the person while getting rid of negative ( or dis-ease causing ) subtle energies or in some cases entities.
