I think that's because the original sample is pitched up, so if you play it bang on at 440hz it'll still sound like you're own cool thing

@@vidohandel It is accurate in terms of patterns, I think @dinghoti also refers to that in the comment. The human brain can process stimuli invariantly, meaning that even though a tune would be played in a completely different key (hence different input is processed), you could still identify that tune. The same goes for this example here...
