Today, we are going to tour this house. Hi friends, welcome to RSDC Buildcon!
This house is not for sale; it has been built by RSDC Buildcon. The exterior has been designed with a modern look. Let’s head inside and take a look! At the entry, there’s a modern-style iron gate, and the electricity meter is installed outside.
This house is built on a 25-foot by 50-foot plot. First, we have the parking area, which has enough space to park one car. The staircase is built outside. As we enter the house, the first thing we see is a hall, featuring a beautiful false ceiling. Every room has windows that let in ample daylight, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.
There’s also a small prayer space in the hall. From the hall, we have access to the dining room. This house has been built by RSDC Buildcon at a very affordable rate. If you would like to build your own house with us, contact us today!
Next to the dining room, there is a modular open kitchen. The modular kitchen is made from WPC sheets and an aluminum frame to prevent termite damage. The platform is made of granite. From the kitchen, there’s a door leading to the store room, which can be used to store rice, wheat, and other goods. The store room also has an electrical point, where you can place an inverter.
Connected to the dining area is a common shower room, measuring 4 feet by 4 feet, with a wall mixer and a geyser point. It has a ventilator where you can install an exhaust fan. Coming back to the dining area, there is a tabletop washbasin. Oh wow! There's a glass door here-let’s open it and see what’s beyond. It’s a shaft! The shaft helps with bathroom ventilation and plumbing lines. Another advantage is that it brings in some natural light.
From the dining area, there is also a common Indian-style latrine. This means the house has separate spaces for the bathroom and toilet. We’re currently on the ground floor, with a construction area of only 1000 square feet.
Now, let’s look at the two bedrooms on this floor. All the rooms feature beautiful false ceilings and adequately sized windows. In the first bedroom, there is a balcony and a stone cupboard, along with a door leading outside. Let’s check what’s outside-there’s an open space. This space is very useful for placing a cooler, keeping the AC outdoor unit, making a small garden, setting up a washing machine, or drying clothes.
Let’s go back inside and check out the second bedroom. The first bedroom is 10 feet by 13 feet, and the second bedroom is 10 feet by 12 feet. This room also has a balcony, a stone cupboard, and two windows.
We’ve seen all the rooms on the ground floor. Let’s head back to the parking area, where we can see that beautiful wooden-texture tiles have been installed. There’s a staircase leading to the first floor, with granite steps and SS railings. Let’s see what’s under the stairs-oh wow! There’s another toilet here.
Here’s a motor starter installed, but where’s the motor? It’s inside this manhole. In front, there’s an open area for a garden.
Now, let’s go upstairs. This house is designed for two families-one upstairs, one downstairs-so the staircase is outside. The electrical wiring is also separate, and you can install two separate meters.
As soon as we get to the first floor, there’s a balcony. The ceiling of the balcony has a beautiful design, and surface lights are installed. From the balcony, you can see the road outside. Now, let’s head inside the house. All the rooms on this floor also have false ceilings. The size of this bedroom is 11 feet by 12 feet, and it has an attached toilet. The toilet has a washbasin, a Western seat, and a wall mixer. The toilet’s size is 4.5 feet by 8.5 feet.
All windows have MS grills and 3-track aluminum frames.
Now, let’s go to the hall. The hall on this floor is 10 feet by 21 feet, spacious enough for both a sofa and a dining table. From the hall, we enter the kitchen, which has a U-shaped platform. The kitchen is 10 feet by 10 feet in size. There’s also a washbasin in the corner of the hall.
Next, we’ll check out the second bedroom, which is 10 feet by 12 feet. Outside the bedroom, there’s a common toilet with an Indian-style seat, a wall mixer, and a washbasin. This toilet is the same size as the previous one.
On the first floor, there’s 1 hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 toilets, and 1 balcony. The construction area for this floor is 1000 square feet.
Now, let’s head upstairs to the terrace. The total construction area for the entire building is 2100 square feet. There’s an MS door here.
The terrace has waterproofing, giving the floor a white color. There’s a parapet wall around the terrace that is 3 feet high. The shaft has been covered with plastic sheets, and the water tank is placed on the staircase tower.
