Can you believe we booked a house in GODREJ EMERALD and till today we are waiting for possession. I am 72 in age. Lifelong savings were invested in the biggest flat for a family of 6. Brand name GODREJ has no value today, is what we have realised.Their honesty, quality of 😢 products, were things of the past and buyers of flats are suffering. But Godrej is going on announcing new-new products without completing projects for which legal agreement were made. Even the approach Road from Highway Ghodbunder Road Thane to the 7-Tower-buildings behind Borivli's National Park, is not walk-worthy/ drive-worthy/live worthy as the quality of construction is very bad.

Rahul, Development ki line par agar 1000 acre hai, usme se Sirf 400 ya 500 acres hi develop kiya jaasakta hai but not 4000 to 5000, you showed 1000 acre = 4000 - 5000 acre . Kindly correct it ..!
This land was owned by one christi koli family.....It was given to Godrej for for dumping waste but later on grabbed by Godrej . Owner was dragged to High court and with the help of then Govt. Land was forcefully taken over by them.
