You need to put 5 commands block on. Top of eachother the first repeater always active the other 4 chain always active and enter the command and then you shoot a sonic boom arrow that explodes on impact you also need to set what he said

Fun thing I found today is if you give yourself levitation 1 128 it wont shoot you up the only way it will shoot you up is when you take damage I was messing around with commands and I found this
for some reason only in java, if you go over 127 on jump boost and levitation (could be more) then the effect will have a negative effect don't exactly know what's causing this but it could be with the vertical movement not being able to go over the 8-bit limit
If you want to only clear a certain amount of block here solution (ps Minecraft needs to fix it due to bigger names items won't work cause Internet limit for clear command here's the command (example but can change it how you see fit) /clear @p[hasitem={item=glass,quantity=4..}] glass 0 4 - - will only clear if player has 4 glass no less than that the 2 periods after 4 is so if you have more than 4 of the item it won't break and still work cause without them itll only work if you only have 4 glass only in your inventory. The 2 periods makes it work even if you have more than 4. So it'll only take away 4 glass no more than 4 per time and no less
