Independent Candidate means bro that it is limited for a specified territory only plzzz note: candidate is who participated in election and political Candidate means that it is connected with some political candidate ok wait let me gave u one example BJP 'S CANDIDATE IS YOGI ADITYANATH which is a candidate of uttar Pradesh and if there is no political party we can say that uttar Pradesh Candidate whose name is yogi adityanath is participating elections of uttar Pradesh and he only work for uttar Pradesh and his emotions linked with uttar Pradesh only his sentiments and emotions doesn't linked with any political party This is how you can distinguish Thank you.....
