Vintage 1991 Goblin Rio Hedge Find! - Does it work? Should I put it back??

It's not often you find vacuum cleaners in hedges. I remember some years ago I found a Hoover Turbopower 3 literally poking out of a hedge! This Rio was more subtle...
Now, I'm the kinda guy who just can't resist a free vacuum cleaner so I had to dive in there and pull this little chap out to see if he still worked. And if not, what I had to do to bring him back to life. It wasn't easy. He was tangled up in a pole and a wet towel but I managed it. After making sure no one was watching me of course!
The photo in the video is exactly how I found the Rio.
The questions is now, what do I do with it? I already have one of these machines in the collection - all ideas are greatly received.
The rea bag holder was a real pain in the bum. It's obvious to me now that the previous owner had rammed it into the dustbox the wrong way round causing the frame to distort. A blast with the heatgun has brought it back to nearly the correct shape but I'm sure there's still a problem there, the suction just doesn't seem to be quite right. I'll investigate further.
