- Broadcaster and podcast host Gill Gross returns to Inside-In to analyze all the action from the Italian Open, which saw Novak Djokovic & Rafael Nadal exit early. Gross dives into Djokovic's form as he prepares to defend his Roland Garros title, Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul finding success on the clay, and whether Stefanos Tsitsipas and Alexander Zverev are legit threats to go all the way in Paris.
The host of "Monday Match Analysis examines why Iga Swiatek is so comfortable on the red dirt, Aryna Sabalenka's toughness and if Coco Gauff is ready for another major title run. Gross also reacts to the news that Jannik Sinner might not compete at Roland Garros, and whether Carlos Alcaraz can find his "A game" in the year's second major. Hosted by Mitch Michals. - กีฬา
Gill is the best.
Thank you, Tennis Channel for having Gill Gross as a guest on the Inside-In Podcast.
Gill is one of the most professional, knowledgeable tennis analysists. His evaluation and summary of Novak's performance this year is spot on! I hope Novak gets his motivation back and gives us his usual greatness at RG :)

Great to see GG on the Tennis Channel! Best analysis on the Tube. 👍
Gill the Goat!
Gil I love your content. Every tennis head appreciates you.
👍
Wow Gill! I’m commenting before I’ve listened to a single word of this podcast just to say congratulations! That’s the first time I see you on TC TH-cam page!
Gill
1 correction... Its not djokovics body which is the marvel, his dedication to keep his body so pristine is THE MARVEL.
Love Gill ❤
Well done Gill. You made it! Next one on tv!
Djokovic needs to have a strong RG or all of the previous performances will validate the murmurs of his decline.
I’m still convinced that he has one more slam in him.
Good duo.
Aloha you have a gift together! True art thank you for sharing 💚
Have a look at Djokovic talking to Nick Kyrgios at the AO on his special podcast released on Wednesday - very interesting. But I think the water bottle dropping on his head was definitely a factor. Try it.
that one was recorded in January, strange it took them months to release it
One thing about Nadal is that his loopy forehand has to be perfect for it to work. If he hits it a bit slower or shorter in the court its a liability, unlike a bit more flatter forehands that will penetrate the court more even when played a bit weaker. So far in his career Nadal has most of the time played his forehand perfectly on clay (on hard and grass there is less preparation time so his forehand was breaking from time to time). So to sum it up, once his forehand is not on 100% his game breaks apart, and considering his movement and his age...I think he is done
Great to see Gill on TC. It's a strange period of generation transition on the men's side and of course it's inevitable. I'm done with the Djokovic Bottlegate saga and don't really care. The younger guys as a group are finally muscling their way through, and that's refreshing and needed..
Mitch is right. It doesn't make good business sense not to offer Thiem a wild card. Then again, the French are notoriously known for looking after their own and putting French tennis first, so no surprise there.
My man 😅
It’s insane to call Tsitsipas and Zverev second tier of players…. Especially at RG. Tsitsipas lost both of his finals to same man, Djokovic. Z beat both Jannik and Carlos at majors 4 times. He beat Carlos at his prime in 2022 at RG. The reason he doesn’t have more finals because he ended up drawing Djokovic/Nadal and prime Thiem in semis in 2020,2021,2022. In his comeback year, he still made semis while Jannik lost in 2nd round at RG and they were in the same quarter. Why push narrative that Carlos and Jannik were ever biggest contenders at RG? Wimbledon yes, but not RG.
Yeah so they both lost to Djokovic and Nadal, so they are a tier below them, so tier 2
