Well, truthfully, Harry was found to have cheated there, in the elite school, Eton, that is the equivalent of an elite U.S. preparatory high school. Harry never attended university, as his elder brother accomplished, nor earned a university diploma. Therefore, all of his ignorance in academics (and life) may be laid at Harry's feet for he manipulated and exploited his loving and doting grandmother, i.e., the one with the power, who paved the way for Harry's current situation (and past misdeeds that were covered up) out of her own maternal feelings of love and devotion.
When I heard Harry was in a serious relationship I was very supportive and happy because I thought this woman would be able to take the scrutiny of the press while being a part of the royal family. Boy, Was I wrong!
The confusion in the newspapers arises because journalists don't know what the appeal process is and can't be bothered to understand it, and don't care enough about the accuracy of what they publish. An appeal in the UK in our civil courts system is not an automatic right. The court has to give permission to appeal. If they decline permission then you need to submit an applicaton to the appeal court asking for permission to appeal. Then and only then if they grant permission can you go ahead and submit an appeal. Journalists don't understand the difference between a permission to appeal hearing and the appeal itself.

I think it’s more about whether his security detail is armed. He is willing to pay for security therefore he could have a perfectly good unarmed detail obtained privately without having to go to court.
Please can you explain the issue of The Grifter sending confidential documents to the Veterans Minister? I cannot understand why this is not against the Law and only requires him to apologise to the Judge/Court. Thank you.
Love your comments at around 3.14 about the price a solicitor charges is no reflection of their competence. As a provincial property solicitor couldn't agree more. Expensive City lawyers are not necessarily better, (and I have come up against a few who are frankly woeful and borderline negligent in their lack of grasp of land law) but their Firm's have much higher overheads. Remember, as a client you are paying for those fancy City glass fronted buildings, double height atriums etc....not just legal expertise!!!
Thank you Sir.
There are so so many media and YT channels giving false information, rumors and speculation every day that I only watch a very few reliable channels, and this is one of them.
I try to just watch when there is actually real news.
Thank you, Daniel.
👍👍👍
So tired is seeing all these Ai generated pictures on the title pages hoping to get lots of clicks.
In other words Harry must now take the "L" like a man.
Great informative video. Thanks for sharing ❤️🇨🇦
Your microphone is excellent. Thanks for all the legal info. Have a nice day 🇦🇺🇬🇧
Thank you! And...in the US...the Federal Prosecutors are excellent. Not sure about the municipal DAs and Prosecutors, but at the Fed level, they rock.
QUESTION ,
What is the usual action taken by a Court , When Harry has leaked Documents that were Confidential to Jonny Mercer MP , Minister for Veterans Affairs , Jenny Affuia of Shillings and to
His Barrister .
This breach of security was dealt by way of apology .
Would that not normally be treated more harshly if an ordinary Mortal Broke Confidentiality .
It makes it seem like his Privilage makes him immune from censure .
The Queen mother must be rolling in her sarcophagus that her generous gift to Harry, because he would not have the royal purse of the future King, Harry has used against his father, his brother, his grandmother and grandfather, his father's wife, his brother's wife, the future Queen, the UK government and the British citizens as the taxpayers holding up the entire house of cards.
Great news!
He’s just changed his place of residence to the US so I think he knows it’s over for him here.
Harry is a DUAL citizen.
@@thegreypath1777 is he???
@@jacquibrown4271 no
@@thegreypath1777 because he can’t be a Prince of he is.
Thanks for your comments.
Of course!
Oops I thought I was subscribed but checked my settings and found I wasn’t on this channel. Sorry about that but now properly subscribed. Keep up the posts; very interesting, thank you.
“THANK YOU GOD!” Congratulations to you on your predictions.
Excellent. Now, let him pay all the fees
At least H will have to pay the 90%. Thank goodness he can’t get away with that because nothing will happen with his visa situation and he will continue thumbing his nose at our government, living here in the U.S. without becoming a citizen, enjoying almost all the benefits of being a citizen.
Nonsense! The current administration loves him and even if he doesn't get US citizenship he'll be allowed to vote alongside all of the other illegals!
Harry’s going to keep this ongoing because he’s got nothing better to do with his life, in my opinion
So he should be. They should never have been allowed to do so.
He doesnt need protection xx
Stay in USA.
No, please, Harry needs to move to the continent of Africa...or Antarctica, ASAP.
Have you no compassion? Harry’s father and sister-in-law have been both diagnosed with cancer.
I find the legal subjects you explain fascinating. I can see where many of our systems got their basic principles. I also like to explores the differences. Oh, sorry, from the U.S. here.
Knew he’d just be torched!!😂😂😂😂
Great explanation as usual
Can he be cosidered a nuisance by the courts
What's going on with his visa? Did he lied about the drugs? Did he ever apply for a visa?.
This is all about vanity and entitlement.
If Harry's behaviour and thought process is an example of his expensive education, I hope Eton College will be significantly reducing their fees 😅
😂😂😂😂
Well, truthfully, Harry was found to have cheated there, in the elite school, Eton, that is the equivalent of an elite U.S. preparatory high school. Harry never attended university, as his elder brother accomplished, nor earned a university diploma. Therefore, all of his ignorance in academics (and life) may be laid at Harry's feet for he manipulated and exploited his loving and doting grandmother, i.e., the one with the power, who paved the way for Harry's current situation (and past misdeeds that were covered up) out of her own maternal feelings of love and devotion.
Thank you for explaining about H’s appeal, I was a bit confused. Thank you.
The main thing is Harry wants IPP status for both MM and himself. Total protection.
All those advising him don't really give one. The longer it's dragged out the more they get payed, win or lose. Lamb to the (not nice place)
Who in the UK is tracking and making sure Halfwit is indeed paying taxpayers for his lawsuits and losing them?
When I heard Harry was in a serious relationship I was very supportive and happy because I thought this woman would be able to take the scrutiny of the press while being a part of the royal family.
Boy, Was I wrong!
I totally agree why should we pay for it, he nolonge a member of the Royal family
Very clear explanation.
He travels all around the US with very little security. He and his woman should pay.
Harry needs to lay off the mushrooms and clear his mind. Embarrassing to all involved
Harry should have been fined for breaching confidentiality
We Henry still request permission to appeal again… do you think will he get permission for another one…
Home Office is sensible and legal.
There has been several people claiming the RF are breaking the law for not releasing the outcome of the report into MM bullying staff. Is this true?
From a child to an adult harry was loved in the UK how that has changed now he has become a bitter twisted spoilt human being who expects all the trappings of the Royal family, as much money from us the UK people to fight his spiteful legal actions it’s no wonder we don’t want him back.
Yes, declaring USA as home residence HE & FAM SHOULD BE DENIED SECURITY except when visiting a Royal event.
Probably a naive question but I'm not in the UK: if the claim is brought by the King since Harry is a member of the family, can the King be held liable to the costs if Harry defaults? Could that be a strategy he's using and why he continues to rack up pointless legal costs?
What will be the timing of this next appeal and why do you think he’s going ahead with it if he’s unlikely to succeed?
