An idea...you should carry cards with you that have your thrift store information on them and once you have checked out at a garage sale, hand them the information and let them know you accept donations. Just another way to get the word out. ❤ -Amy
I love when someone running a garage sale tells a very experienced reseller how much she can sell something for, & lol. You aren’t going to fool Danni 😊
I agree with you 100%. If it is cheap, just take a chance. If it is not worth anything, you learned something about not picking it up again and got an education from it.
Regarding the video format: The garage sale rhythm was much better...interactions were better, more genuine and less awkward which made me, as a viewer, more relaxed. I like when Dani educates and explains purchases to the camera--which is me :) (I don't need her face, or watching her walk, just the bird's eye view of what she is picking up and examining)--- Excellent work! Have a great day!
Danni, When you have odors in drawers, boxes, refrigerators, furniture etc. Stuff crunched up newspapers in the item for a few days, and it will absorb all the odor. 👍🌳
I used to, but I've realized I can many times get a better deal if they have to come up with a price on the spot. I used to be annoyed, but thanks to Danni, I make a pile, then make a deal. I've learned to embrace it, lol.
Danni, as a kid we had a fire in our house. The service that came in to clean suggested putting mothballs in drawers and closing them and leaving the moth balls in there for about a week. It got rid of the smoke smell really well.
Hi danni the best way to get rid of smoke is to put an egg cup of bicarbonate of soda in side the box it also good for your fridge love Yorkshire in the uk 🇬🇧 ❤❤❤
I loved your comment about buying something (cheaply) and then learning from it. Old games, missing pieces, are great for DIYers, crafters, and junk journalers. The paper money and deeds from Monolopy are great emphera, Scrabble letters and their racks spell out great words--and make awesome Christmas ornaments, chess pieces turn into great dollhouse furniture pieces, game boards become decor for game room walls. WHO says it HAS to be used as an entire game???
There was so much nostalgia for me at that last yard sale and the prices were more than fantastic. If you ever see pretty napkins out at yard sales would you pick them up for me I use them to Decopauge furniture, candles, big shells, etc etc. I thought the cactus shadow box, the only one in group you didnt buy was pretty cool. I cant believe people put tape directly on the paint to price a painting. I know the depression glass doesnt bring you joy but it does to alot of your viewers that attend your live sales 😊
Danni loved the video of you shopping with Will and Ely. I too loved the lil red school house reminded me of Little House on the Prairie. Even looked like Miss Bradley😊💐👍
There are two big reasons you should throw out older Tupperware. The first is surely because they create such a cluttered disaster, and the other is the dangers of old plastic. Because some of Tupperware’s food storage containers use polycarbonate, which can leach hormone-disrupting chemicals, like Bisphenol A into food items after repeated use, it’s truly best to swap to glass.
Kaminsky park was the old White Sox park on the south side. It was torn down in the 90's and replaced by Cellular field. That park has had several names.
Good point about buying something that is only 50 cents or $1.00 to learn about the product. Even if it's only worth $5 , you could put it in your booth and get your money back and even earn a little something.
What fun and thank you for bringing us along! Loved the little pink vase! Good advice if something is a dollar or under, just grab it now and look it up later! You did look very nice in your blue sweater!
I thoroughly enjoyed this as I've been pining for garage sale season all winter! Since I'm in IN it's been a long wait. I'm glad you explained the smoke smell as I wondered why you didn't grab the necklace display. Thank you for all your explanations and advice! Very nice outro.

I am only 5 minutes in and screaming SOMEONE GIVE WILL A RAISE! He heard us and improved. I will be the first to tell someone thank you and give them credit when credit is due. And I do believe it was due
What a fun video! I am coming to Vegas this week and will come see your store for the first time. I am so excited ! Hopefully I will get a chance to meet you and Noah. Have a wonderful day !!
Enjoyed the yard sailing I love yard sale and wish I could still do it. I probably could a little bit but if you read this one, it was nice meeting you you are even more cooler in person and funny and you can. even sing anyway, it was nice catching on your next one.
I’ve noticed more than once now when you first get in the vehicle and they ask you how you are , your response is different from most people. Most people do the obligatory I’m good thanks, how are you doing today? It just feels strange to me that you don’t reciprocate the greetings. Is something wrong with me?🤣
Great video Danni!! what great treasures! As I am watching this you are in Florida with Jeremy & George having a wonderful time!! thank you so much for taking us along your journey's!! love and many blessings from North Idaho 💞
The answer to the "after coffee" question is "a mermaid". I bought my niece a t-shirt that says my mom before coffee and it just showed a plane stick figure. I don't think it was a witch. And then it said my mom after coffee and it was a mermaid
You could have gotten a general idea of the size of the boots by comparing them with the other shoes that were sitting there (I've had to do this with shoes when I couldn't read the size). My guess is you could have sold those even without a name on them. Alligator boots aren't that common.
What a fun video! That old Nipon piece was a nut bowl, and the Pattern is #175 (commonly called Christmas Ball). It was my Grandmother's China pattern 😊
Dani, the Noritaki dish can be used for, Paper clips, push pins, rubber bands, etc. At your store or office. And you passed up a beautiful white porcelain tea pot on the table at the far right on the table with those beautiful Taylor Smith Taylor china
You're a one of a kind person of absolutely great personality. I could watch you all day. You're constantly teaching. Tomorrow is the first day of Spring. Enjoy those yard sales!!
You guys had so much fun you got so much meat things and I like to see you at the garage sales. I would just like to ask Will's father doesn't get to sit in the front seat?????😮😮😮

Fresh coffee grounds work miracles in odor removal! Also charcoal. A furnished refinished recommended a feminine hygiene product wipe down.
Thank you
Thank you
Also you can add dryer sheets to the drawer.
I hate asking for prices at sales

Omgoodness. That's little red school house. Love it!!! Retired after 37 years of teaching.. Would love it!!!!❤️
Take a spray bottle with a ratio of half water and vinegar, spray the Boxes and sit it in The sunshine.
Danni, as a kid we had a fire in our house. The service that came in to clean suggested putting mothballs in drawers and closing them and leaving the moth balls in there for about a week. It got rid of the smoke smell really well.

The birds are a little constipated... 🤣 You crack me up
I was beyond happy to see you buy that round art piece. I fell in love with it. Will records everything perfectly, too.
Much more fun shopping with you at those garage sales/estate sales when you get such unbelieve bargains.

Also, game pieces can be sold on ebay as replacements.
That little red schoolhouse. So very sweet.
I love when you ask them the price and they give you a song and dance about what it is and how expensive it is.
There was so much nostalgia for me at that last yard sale and the prices were more than fantastic. That last g-sale was a gold mine! Nice job filming Will! And I like how you signed off, Danni..nice to see your store in the background 🤩
The plastic things are stencils. Children can trace them to make pictures. They’re also fun to paint around or splatter painting. Kids love them!
There are two big reasons you should throw out older Tupperware. The first is surely because they create such a cluttered disaster, and the other is the dangers of old plastic. Thanks for a great ride along! I was starting to think it was going to be a bust, but I think the cactus wall art will sell, maybe as buy it now. ❤
Kaminsky park was the old White Sox park on the south side. It was torn down in the 90's and replaced by Cellular field. That park has had several names.
Comiskey park is the name of the white Sox park or used to be; I saw the Beatles there in 1965. I moved to Arizona in May of 1972.
I attended Visitation Catholic Schools from 1956-1967. My adopted Father took me to at least one game at Comiskey Park.

I so agree with you on the wine, bottle wood handle set - I would pick it up as well
The boots are probably hand made for someone. Only reason there would not be a makers mark and size.
What a great sale!!! Loved the schoolhouse (such a sweet song) and the vintage games!!
What fun and thank you for bringing us along! Loved the little pink vase! Good advice if something is a dollar or under, just grab it now and look it up later! You did look very nice in your blue sweater!

Ok I watched it all. Will, I could just kiss you because this was so enjoyable to watch. You rocked!
I totally agree with your comment regarding the great job Will is doing with the camera. Really enjoyed this video.
@@connied8841same!!🤗👍
I was so relieved when you went back for the cactus art piece! Beautiful 🤩 You found some great treasures this time or should I say as usual 😊
I’m not a millennial but my MIL gave me a ceramic colander with cherries on it and I use it for rinsing my cherries every summer. Love it!
I always look at the Balkans first, then Israel/Suez Canal area, when it comes to assessing maps.

I kept hoping you would buy the temptations pot with lid I would of bought it from you that's the pattern and color I have, black.
The little plastic dinosaur pieces are for tracing, using a pencil on paper or a red pencil on paper, etc. A teacher might like those. Just a hint.
Beautiful blue sweater! Your true colour
This was a really good video. I know you’ve been trying different things, so I just wanted to add that it was done really well.😊
Oh thank you!
Photography is much better. Focusing almost totally on the objects. Thanks
OMG Thumbnail is everything and says it all... as the kids say, YAS QUEEN
My mom always said those plastic doilies were tacky. 😂
Happy Saturday, everybody!
Danni that wasn't an umbrella stand. That was a fire place tool stand. It holds pokers, the shovel, etc.
Great Video with you and your Team. Keep pushing forward, I’m so proud of all of you ❤️🥰🙏🏻🎉🎉🎉

You all are wonderful
Get some sage that you burnand burn it then put it in the box and close the lide over night and it should take care of the smoke smell
I like to have died when you said the birds were constipated I would’ve never ever thought about using those words on those birds. That’s hilarious.
